Our stay at Koofan Heritage Lodge was one of the highlights of our trip to Oman. It is rare to find a place where history and hospitality meet so perfectly. This 150-year-old house has been lovingly restored, preserving the authentic Omani culture and architecture while providing a unique hotel experience. You can truly feel the history in every corner and every detail. What made our stay even more exceptional was the incredible service. I want to give a special mention to Suhebur Rahman. He is an outstanding professional who went above and beyond to ensure we had a safe and memorable journey. His warmth and dedication are a true reflection of the authentic hospitality this Lodge stands for. If you are looking for a place that offers more than just a room - but a deep connection to Omani history and a soulful atmosphere - this is it. We are already looking forward to returning to this beautiful gem near Salalah! Thank you, Suhebur, and the entire team at Koofan Heritage Lodge!

The villa is very nicely designed and the furnishings and fittings are all modern and tasteful. Hatem and his team were very helpful and hospitable with check in. We arrived early in the morning and they very helpfully allowed an early check in and made convenient arrangements for entry to the property. The location is excellent - one row back from the beautiful beach, and a short walk to Sandyz beach bar. Also very close access to the Rotana hotel complex which made it easy to walk across for food and drinks.

First: The Hotels The hotel is wonderful and one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited, whether it's the main hotel, Al Fanar Hotel, Al Fanar Club Hotel, Rotana Hotel, Juweira Hotel, or any of the Hawana Salalah hotels. The hotel's location, swimming pools, beaches, green spaces, activities, and proper organization of this entire resort, of this size, with such precision and professionalism in management and providing the highest standards of quality. Second: The Staff There is no way to describe the professionalism of the staff and workers in all the hotel's facilities and departments. They are extremely kind, always smiling, and cooperative. They can be considered friends in one place. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Sienna, who is a wonderful, professional, and kind person. Abu Bakr is extremely kind and helpful to the guests. Hamada is a very cooperative employee. Every employee, from the administration, reception, support staff, car service, room service, restaurant staff, chefs, assistants, club staff, and spa staff, is professional, kind, and friendly. Third: The Rooms The rooms are professionally designed, comfortable, and have everything one could need in a hotel stay. They are of high quality in terms of soundproofing, lighting, furnishings, cleanliness, service, and comfort. Fourth: Food The variety of restaurants and the professionalism of the food are wonderful in every hotel, whether it's the Souq Restaurant, Zafran, Rotana Club, waves , or any of the other restaurants. They are very distinguished in terms of cleanliness. The quality of the food and the variety of meals were so varied that we never got bored. Although our reservation was all inclusive with 3 meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the variety of food and restaurants made you feel like you were experiencing the place for the first time. My greetings and respect to all the chefs and assistant chefs without exception. Fifth: Providing assistance.
