Mohammad and Ahmed were both so kind and welcoming! Mohammad showed me around the places and was super patient in waiting for me walking the balcony walk. Ahmed was always available and offered help whenever needed. The location is great! It's away from all other tourist spots and you have an incredible sunset. One of the nicest I saw so far... Shukran gazilan Ahmed and Mohammad!

Stayed at this villa for a night. It's a newly built villa with spacious rooms. it's perfect for anyone going in a group of 5 people. The front yard is big and the gate leads to a beautiful spot to witness the sunset along the canyons. Mr. badr was helpful in responding to our requests. Had a good stay at this property.

Property was fantastic, it had everything for a quiet and peaceful stay. Owner was excellent with his comms and interaction. Food option for dinner was outstanding, home cooked Omani meal.

Wonderful location in the mountains close to the village, terrace is looking at the sunset, the owner did everything to make us feel at home and gave us tips on a shortcut to reach a gas station. It was a great stay

the location is 15 min drive away from the Jebel Shams, it's a nice house with 3 bedrooms and the master bedroom is huge. There are additional mattresses in case you want all the kids to play together.

Everything was stunning! The facilities were excellent. Highly recommend stocking up on some water and snacks beforehand as there’s not a lot around. But the home was exactly like the photos and the pool is heated. The groundskeeper was very helpful as well and showed us all around the facilities.
