I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss-Belinn Muscat for an entire month, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel excels in every aspect, making it feel like a home away from home.
Firstly, I must commend the hotel's immaculate cleanliness and serene atmosphere. The stylish and spacious rooms provided a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring central Muscat's attractions, all conveniently close thanks to the hotel's prime location.
Value for money is another highlight of Swiss-Belinn Muscat. Despite the affordable rates, the quality of service and amenities far exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to the manager, Sherif, and the Front Office Manager, who were incredibly helpful in assisting us with our post and ensuring every small detail was attended to. Their personalized service truly enhanced our stay.
The breakfasts were very tasty, offering a delightful start to each day. The staff were consistently pleasant and welcoming, adding a warm touch to our experience. The cleaning staff were particularly friendly, maintaining the rooms to a high standard and always greeting us with a smile.
Additionally, the hotel's design is impressive, blending modern aesthetics with comfort seamlessly. We also appreciated the good water quality, which is an often overlooked but important detail.
In summary, Swiss-Belinn Muscat provided a perfect blend of comfort, affordability, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Muscat, whether for a short stay or an extended period like ours. This hotel is a true gem!

An enchanting Arabic jewel, Muscat was already an important port in the 1st century. With a strict building code that imposes respect to heights and styles, the city has developed a harmonized and traditional look that makes it irresistible. Don’t miss the traditional Muttrah Souq marketplace, considered one of the best in the region.
The city is actually composed of three towns: Muscat is the walled Old Town where royal palaces are located; Muttrah includes the old and new harbours and the Corniche seafront; and Ruwi is the commercial and diplomatic area. Check out the Muscat hotels map on Booking.com and choose your preferred location!
The city is surrounded by the Western Al Hajar Mountains, and the crystalline waters and sandy beaches of the Arabian Sea. Staying in a Muscat hotel on the beach is a great way to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Oman views.
The modern and elegant Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is one of the largest in the world. Don’t miss the twin forts of Al Jalali and Al Mirani, and the Qasr Al Alam Royal Palace.

Muscat is a picturesque and vibrant city located along the Gulf of Oman. With a rich history, this city is a fascinating blend of ancient culture, natural beauty and welcoming people. Most of locals can understand and speak English. There are no towers and few signs of fast and consuming modern life here. You can have best of everything yet there is a conservative atmosphere here.

Muscat is such a lovely and hospitable city. The locals are incredibly friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand, especially to visitors. You'll find stunning beaches, impressive architectural landmarks, and fantastic shopping malls. Just keep in mind that the summer weather can be quite hot and humid, so plan your trip for the winter months!

What I like about the hotel staff is that they are very accommodating to your needs. First, the room was upgraded to a family room. Then, we forgot our chargers in our checked in luggage and loaned us one immediately. Lastly, since it was a hi tech room, I didn’t know how to turn down the AC…called front desk and it was addressed right away.

Muscat is traditional city.
Muscat is traditional city. You will get a vibe of peacefulness in terms of city, people, beach, malls, and historic places to visit. 3-4 days could be enough to cover the sports. With a visit to the modern side of the area named The Walk is also a nice touch. Please be aware getting taxi is a bit tricky. They have an app named OmanTaxi, if you try to get a cab from your hotel, only luxury option is available which is very expensive for normal travelers, but you can put your location on next building to open the economy options to ride for a fair price.

Muscat is a nice and beautiful city.
Muscat is a nice and beautiful city. Souq Matrah is a must to visit. You need a car to get around the city, so best option is to rent a car. However, the food is expensive and overpriced at restaurants in the beach resorts areas like Al-Moge area or near hotels like InterContinental hotel and resort area, etc.
The place is amazing. There's a rooftop poll with wonderful city views. Sauna and Jacuzzi too. Amandeep and Imran were so hospitable and professional and made us feel really at home. The bed in our room was super comfy as was our whole room. There's a snooker club beside the hotel with 4 king size12x6 tables. There's many outstanding and affordable restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Also IKEA and Oman Avenues mall are a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
Everything. We started and ended our trip in Oman in this hotel. Staff are extremely kind and professional, they saved the coat that we forgot on our first visit. The room is big, clean and nicely decorated. The location was also convenient, since it is close to airport. All in all, great hotel and we hope we will come back.
