The country offers variety of attractions, landscapes and community. Each place is unique and captivating. The citizens are inviting and non-judgmental. They are willing to chat with you and give you tips on where to visit and where to eat etc. I NEVER VISITED A COUNTRY THAT SMELLS SO GREAT. Oman has a unique smell of oud fragrance from the airport into the streets, malls, hotels. It is a more relaxing Middle East compare to Dubai and other countries.

Visiting Muscat was truly one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. I really enjoy fishing, and the fishing spots there are absolutely incredible. The diving locations, like the famous cave dive, are simply out of this world. You'll find beautiful beaches with plenty of white sands and sparkling blue sea, perfect for relaxing. The food scene is fantastic, ranging from fine dining to casual eateries, and even local restaurants, all clean and very enjoyable. While the nightlife might not be as lively as in some other places, there are plenty of local spots where you can enjoy a fun evening with the residents. It’s a place that warmly welcomes you and offers something special at every turn.

I picked this hotel for the location, I wanted to be near the markets/souq/forts/restaurants/etc and it was great because it was, the room is not very big but honestly I didnt care, im not going to Oman to stay in my room, it was very clean and everything worked, I did want to save some money so I didnt get the beachfront view which I regretted later. BESSAM (I hope I wrote it right) was the person who checked us in and was EXTREMELY nice/polite/helpful with every single request/question I had.

It's the best place to stay in Mascat :) you'll meet a lot of people and Zouhaier the owner and his nephew are also organising trips with them to the attractions around Mascat if you don't have your own car. They always make sure you're having a good time 😊 would definitely go again if I'm back in Oman
