I had a room overlooking the volcano, a very good breakfast comes with the view over the river AND they give salmon for breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise! The jacuzzi is well maintained, hot, and again with the view. The location is perfect for beautiful walks around.

United StatesStunningly beautiful, welcoming and cozy spot. Our children loved the beautiful gardens full of mango and citrus trees and playing with the charismatic turkey and bunnies! We had three kids and so we got two rooms and were able to stay close together in the hotel. The staff were so warm and welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It is a nice place with beautiful nature, many activities and great restaurants. People is very kind. I personally recommend the Retrogusto, The Butcher and The Rock restaurants, Also, the tour to the Volcan Baru and Tree Trek.

Boquete is an amazing place. There is so much to do.
Boquete is an amazing place. There is so much to do. Do the Tres Cascadas and Pipeline waterfall trails. Bonus, do the waterfall behind the farm at Bajo Mono campsite. Do the 4x4 ride to the top of Volcan Baru. Do some white water rafting. Eat at Donde Giselle. Rent a car, explore on your own, drive around!

Boquete throughly impressed me.
Boquete throughly impressed me. The town has much more going on than one initially sees. The weather is a little cooler in Boquete, but still a rainforest and is lush and beautiful. The people who live there are very proud of their town and province, and you can feel it. I love the mountains, and the beauty and richness of the land was just stunning. I went on an easy hike to the Pipeline Waterfall trail, and even though the waterfall was very small, the hike was gorgeous-- and bonus, you get to see a 1,000 year old tree! I did a Don Pepe Coffee Estate tour which was also incredible and insanely informative. One of the reasons I went to Boquete was to summit Baru and it didn't disappoint. I decided to do a sunrise jeep tour to the top rather than hike and it was an adventure within an adventure that was worth it. It was a crystal clear morning at the summit and we saw both oceans from the highest point in Panama. Even though I didn't hike to the top, it was one of the most magnificent experiences I've ever had and will forever be etched in my mind.

All of the hype you have heard about Boquete is true. I don't know how anyone could visit this place and not fall in love with it and its people. Friendly people, wonderful sense of community, nature is everywhere. Butterflies float about the flowers, artistic and whimsical nature is all around. Favorite restaurants were The Rock, Christopher's Steakhouse. Favorite street food was the Columbian street taco (red bus) and Rudo's street tacos (Tacosrudos.com). You won't regret it!

Boquete was a beautiful quaint mountain town. There are a lot of tours that you should take in order to get to know the place. We stayed higher up in boquete at a place called Boquete Garden Inn. Highly recommend that place to stay. We stayed 5 days and could've stayed longer! Beautiful@

The most sincere and friendly host I ever met in a hostel. The hostel itself has a nice big green garden where you can hangout. Also a well equiped clean kitchen and sitting area. Beds are great, slept like a baby. It's located near a bus station (5min walk) where you can get the bus to Boquete for under 1 dollar. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful situation outside Boquete. From the hotel you have a view of the volcano across the valley. Lorraine and her husband are excellent hosts and serve up delicious food. And don't miss the coffee tour offered by Marilyn, Lorraine's mum. Fascinating.

Awesome hostel! Friendly staff, comfy dorm with lockers and clean bathroom. Laundry is $5 for a bag. Nice social area with well equipped kitchen. Short walk down the road to the main road through Boquete.
