Nothing! Room was dreary, light in areas was abysmal. Very little light in bathroom and living, bed are. The dark carpet was stained. One lamp. No phone in “suite”. Bed was old, Before going to our “suite” I had to sign an agreement. Which stated the costs for breaking furniture, staining the towels, damaging the carpet. So, when we entered and saw that the carpet was massively old and stained; when we couldn’t see the colors of the towels in the bathroom; when there was one lamp, and the older “decor.”, I complained. I was given a choice to stay in another room 4 floors up, on the same room line, I objected. When I asked for a complete refund, I was told “no” and then I amended the agreement to enter the room, writing down the particulars that I mentioned in this message. After, going back and forth with the front desk and Booking.com, I was appalled at the failure to provide me with my complete satisfaction of a full refund. My husband and I left with two hours of our arrival, having to move to a quality rental for our stay. 7/28-8/03 2025. No longer will we do business with your company!
