Cayman IslandsWe stayed at Hotel San Felipe for four nights and had a fantastic experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and neatly maintained throughout the stay. I especially loved the balcony — it was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. The bathroom was also spotless, featuring a large shower with consistently hot water and great water pressure. The bed was big and extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. The staff and cleaners were all very friendly and welcoming, which really added to the warm atmosphere of the place. Another highlight was the restaurant across the road, which is part of the hotel. It has a great rooftop area that we enjoyed in the evenings. The location is ideal — just a short walk to all the main restaurants and bars in Casco Viejo.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of the action with comfort and great service.

Panama is always high in our ranking as a family. It's easy to get to, we love the warm weather, people are very nice, it's safe and the fact that you can pay with US dollars makes the stay really easy. We visited San Blas, Casco Viejo and Las Perlas, the Canal and shopped at Multiplaza, everything was lovely.

The Panamanian culture and people are so so great. Stayed in the old quarter and not downtown and we definitely made the right choice. So many places to eat and hang out. Great rooftop scene. It’s HOT and humid (even more than expected) so be prepared to sweat. Do a walking or bicycle tour. Interesting history. Visited in the rainy season and it was consistently gorgeous in the morning, started raining around 2/3-6 and then stopped in time to go to dinner. I loved it. Can’t wait to go back and visit other parts of the country.

If you don't mind paying for Uber or taxis and you have money for expensive restaurants, you might like Panama City. Don't think that you will enjoy walking. The sidewalks are irregular and treacherous.

I love the architecture in the city.
I love the architecture in the city. The Panamanian people are very helpful, friendly, polite and respectful. The children are very well behaved and just about everyone is very well presented. There is a big police presence in the city but I didn’t see one person stepping out of line and everyone seems contented. I would definitely recommend a visit to the city there is a lot to see for a two week visit. Public transit, taxis and uber is a very affordable way to get around. The city is very walkable and it feels safe in the Casco Veijo area. There are obviously areas that aren’t safe and should be avoided, as with ever city in any country.

Panama City and the surrounding area are extremely impressive with a wonderful combination of history, nature, amazing cuisine, and interesting architecture, both old and new. The metro is modern, easy to use, and very inexpensive. The local people are incredibly helpful and kind. The rain forests are out of this world with so many creatures and insects I've never seen before on full display in their environment.

I literally loved everything about Panama, it was beautiful, the views , the buildings, the food was lit, hotel was really nice , so much activities to do, things were fairly priced and the people were so warm. No complaints will definitely invite people to check it out and I will be back for sure.

Orho Hotel is a gem in the city center of Panama City. It is beautifully decorated, our room was amazing. The service is outstanding with an extraordinarily friendly owner who is greeting the guests personally. It was our second stay in this hotel and we will for sure come back and can highly recommend it for a stay in Panama City.
