Pedasi town is advertised for its wonderful beaches. The town itself is very small with very little to do other than go to the beach. The beaches are sweltering hot, very little shade to be had. The sand burns your feet, even with sandals on. There is very little pride there as there is no clean up crew to maintain the beaches. The beaches are filthy, littered with garbage and debris. Very disappointing stay.

Pedasí is a quiet place to stay and relax for at least a week. Easy to walk around. Travel on a Friday so you enjoy live music at Smileys Restaurant. Buy almond chocolate croissants at Auncle Libia Bakery. Taste maracuyá cheesecake at Portobelillo Bakery (need to check the last name). Spend evening at the town park enjoying the sight.

People are super nice, proximity is great and food is amazing! El Chichemito Restaurant is one of our favorites for panamanian food. Outstanding! Selina Pedasí is definitely THE place to stay. The rooms exceptionally clean & the staff is amazing, The trip from Selina Pedasí to Selina Playa Venao is SO worth it. You get to see nature and super cute animals along the route.

Pedasi is a very cute little town.Its clean with murals and flowers everywhere. It’s walkable and safe.They even leave the church front door wide open! They have a couple of nice restaurants for dinner and enough stores to get everything you need. In is well worth a detour if you are not nearby.

It is a nice city if you want to keed calm for some days. Isla Iguana is really nice and playa Venao is so close when you are looking for surf. It is a really small town, anyway, it is possible to find good restaurant such as Moana and can relax well.

I Am an African American woman and I experienced two ugly racist incidents. One was with a shopkeeper and the other was racist name calling while walking down the street. For the most part my experience was great. Pedasi is a lovely town. I enjoyed live music and great fish dinner at Smiley’s. I had wonderful smoothies and salad at Panamaste Natural. The staff at Selina’s was very welcoming and helpful.

From £111 per nightwe have always loved places with stories. This is one of them. The whole hotel is made with heart blood. If you love wood work, this is definitely the place. Hotel is directly on the beach, but we could not really walk on the beach due to high tides. But we spent a lot of time on the deck, listening to the wave crashing the beach. The hotel has very high quality of food! Natural and tasty! The hosts are very friendly. Both speak fluent English! We would definitely return for longer stay!

Once you are upstairs, the open outdoor lounge offered a distant view of the sea and a place to meet other guests. Hummingbird feeding in all corners. Room was huge, beautiful decor, a terrace. A credit to Pablo who built and runs this fantastic place. Breakfast, the best we had in Panama. There is a fridge in the lounge where you can store your beers and cold drinks.

This is a great place to stay with a quiet and peaceful location. Close to Playa del Toro, and close to Pedasi town. You will need a car or bikes to make it really convenient. Pucha is a fantastic and helpful host! She responded very quickly to messages , and took care of arrangements for a snorkeling tour, and even helped wih some advice for the next place we were staying. Highly recommended!
