Location is good. Close to everything. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ala carte but it' ok. They clean the rooms everyday-- if u ask.

Breakfast is very excellent and location is very very good .and i think next i stay more days.

Good service and friendly staff

The private beach was amazing. Clear waters, clean beach and some small shops with good food. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but it is very doable. All of the staff are also very nice and hospitable. You can ask them questions anytime. The breakfast buffet is also good, i especially enjoyed the pancakes.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the incredibly cooperative and kind chef. My daughter has a wheat allergy, and the chef went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. He was willing to cook anything specially for her, ensuring she had a safe and delicious meal. It made a big difference for us, and we truly appreciate the care and flexibility. Thank you so much!

Location was great, not beach front but easy access, 5 mins walk to beach. Breakfast very good. Staffs very friendly and couteous. We would stay again at the hotel if we ever go back to Boracay.

The breakfast was good, the facilities, the staff. If given a chance to visit Boracay again, I would love to stay in Savoy again.

Good and comfortable rooms, really friendly staff, I was especially pleased with the restaurant staff :) The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of the island.

The hotel is situated close to restaurants and both beaches, and is comfortably and accommodating. The staff are all incredibly kind and willing to help, the food at the restaurant is good, and the rooms are clean and well kept!

The employees helped us out so much are were a massive help when we were sick, went out there way to make sure we were okay

The staff were really nice, specially kuya Joms. He was really warm and kind. Check-in was quick and easy. They even gave us welcome drinks which, even if it was just plain, powdered iced tea, is a nice touch. For someone like me who doesn’t want to be smack in the center of all the chaos, the location of this hotel is perfect. It is in the residential area of Boracay, but it’s just a few hundred meters away from Station 1 and DMall. The breakfast wasn’t bad as well. They will have it prepared at your preferred time—which they will ask the night before. The rooms were very comfy, specially the beds and pillows (there were lots!) They even have free mats you can borrow and use to chill on the sand. They also have free water should you need a refill. My friend and I rented a scooter and they graciously allowed us to park it in front of the hotel for free. Their check-out is at 12 noon which is really nice since most other hotels ask you to check-out earlier. If your priortiy is to chill by the beach and still have a nice place to stay, while also staying within a budget, then Urban Botique hotel is the best hotel for you.

Very clean exceptional location good for restraunts. shops and the short walk to the beach. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend i will happily stay again in the future
