The beaches and the scenery is always great; however, you need to come prepared for all types of weather because it can be sunny and hot one day and cloudy, cool or rainy the next. Do not go to restaraunts hungry and expect fast fast service. Most places take 20 minutes to prepare your food as they are making it fresh. If you want fast fast, you will need to go to Jollybee. Also make sure you ask the place you are staying at what the trike fees are to the place you are going and have that money in your hand. Before you get into the trike tell the driver where you want to go and tell them regular. This means that they can pick up other passengers, if you do not do this they will charge you a lot more and you will be the only occupants which is not very environmentally friendly. Be aware of when schools/work lets out because at that time it can be harder to get transportation.

The beach is stunningly beautiful, yet very crowded most of the time. We were happy with the central location we chose and being beachfront was lovely. For smokers - it is near impossible to find allowable smoking areas (like most of The Philippines), mind you many non-smokers will enjoy this too. It was clunky to have friends and others visit your room with curfews and strict ID checking required - regardless of the level of accommodation. The whole place felt somewhat policed and 'managed' which, while making it feel safe and somewhat organised, left a feeling of sterility to an otherwise world-leading natural location. The vibe felt less 'chill', and more 'controlled'. There's no denying the beauty of that beach though... wow!

I've been traveling most of the Southeast Asia and Boracay has been so far the best destination ever. The people here are amazing, they are so lovely, friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks English, everything's so easy for tourists. The beaches are crystal clear even though I'm from Turkey, I loved it. There are many activities like island hopping tours, kitesurfing and diving. There are so many options for food, you don't have to eat Philippine food which I find very unhealthy, oily, sugary and unbalanced. Anyway, the island offers anything anyone can look for. I would love to come her again.

Boracay needs a lot of work.

Boracay needs a lot of work. It feels like a scam island - for example, we booked the "island hopper", which actually only "hops" to one other beach that is not on Boracay island itself. We booked two days ahead from the marques at Station 3 and they told us to be there and ready for the tour by 9am. We arrived at 8.50am and the tour did not commence until 10.15am with no clear communication as to the delays and who to look out for once we commence. We stood around with 100s of other patrons who did not necessarily book the same tour as us. The boat broke down on approach to our lunch destination and we were held up for over 40 minutes as the crew tried to troubleshoot the issue. We disembarked for lunch with all of our belongings (on a hunch) and the tour staff abandoned the group and the boat once it was secured in place with the anchor and ropes. We were required to pay our own e-trike back to base after lunch. Good thing we did not break down on the one other island offered on this "hopping" itinerary! Customer service is disappointing in many venues - on more than 3 occasions incorrect meals or drinks were brought to our tables despite the wait staff repeating orders back to us. Most water activities are unavailable at the slightest hint of wind. If you have no interest in exploring Philo culture or nature and just want to party like a sex tourist then Boracay is the place for you. The best place to eat is The Grill House on Station 3, which offers Western and Asian fare at reasonable prices. Tasty cocktails, cold beer and live sport.

Great beaches, lots of bars, restaurants and shops on White Beach side - mostly very busy. The other side, Bulabag Beach is quieter with a few bars and restaurants along the road and boardwalk. Lots of kite surfing from this side of the island. You can walk from Bulabag to White Beach in approximately 10 minutes so we stayed in the quieter area and walked into town some evenings. We had a great stay here and would return if possible one day.

not like the old days with beach chairs and massages on the beach. Both are gone and sorely missed. Too many people trying to sell their services and at different prices so be aware. Lowball a few even if it sounds too low to get a gauge of what you should be paying.

My room was spacious and had direct view of the pool and beach. The room and bathroom both felt homely and comfortable. Location was perfect - we had direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches (White Beach) and reasonably far away from most of the crowd in Station 2. We had the most amazing sunsets due to the hotel facing west. Despite being located in Station 1, the main shopping areas of Station 2 was still accessible by foot (roughly 15 minutes walk). The staff were helpful and kind, and happy to assist with any inquiries.

I liked how quiet and private it was. The rooms were very clean. Ruen and Orlie were very courteous and helpful. The white beach, although this property is not beachfront, was fairly accessible. The e-trike to areas in the island were also provided for free, and we didnt have a difficult time moving around. We were there for a wedding, and moving some things from the room to the reception (for pickup of the events planner) were a breeze. Room service was quick and very courteous (including staff from Charlie, their inhouse restaurant).

Great affordable price hotel in station 2. Hotel is close to D’Mall, just at the back, away from the hustle n bustle n noise of the people. however, there is loud construction noise from the building next door during the day, which did not matter since we were out whole day at the beach. if you like to chill during the day, might not be the best place. Better check with staff if still ongoing. Hotel staff are all very nice and friendly, especially with my kid. 😊Place kept really clean and tidy. overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

the best in Filipino hospitality!!! the friendly, helpful and caring service is wonderful. special mention to front desk Faith and Joann who was able to understand my plight that my 90 year old mother cannot walk up 3 flights of stairs (hotel description did not mention that there was no elevator)they changed our room to the first floor and an even better “lower class of room”. I notified Booking about the paid difference and still awaiting response. the hotel is great as well as in station 2. close to D Market Mall.

The location of the hotel is near D'mall and station 1. It is also a beach front property with a balcony facing the beach. Room is very spacious for 6 people. The room is clean. Balcony has a ok view since a lot of trees are covering up the beach view. Beds are clean and ok. Comfort room and bathroom is ok. Fridge is working. Aircon downstairs is cold. Table is provided and lots of chairs. Towels are provided. Price is great. Lots of convinience stores when you go out. Near restaurants.

Diamond Suite Room with ocean view was awesome however I had more of a view of the palm trees than the ocean. It was still nice. The hotel spa was the best 2.5 hour spa experience I ever had. The hotel bar and beachfront seating was also great. The staff was so accommodating to let me reserve an outdoor seat to keep my tower of Tequila Sunrise while I went back and forth to the beach and water. Enjoyed breakfast each morning. Staff was super nice and helpful.

The best hostel in boracay Island, I only spent 1 night there, i wish i could stay more! The staff was very friendly and helpful, There are only 4 beds in a doorm and a private shower and bathroom for every room. All the facilities and the rooms were very clean and high maintenance. As a solo female traveler, i felt very safe. The coffee shop in the hostel has the best food and coffee. Definitely will stay there again. Highly recommended!

A really lovely hotel with good and big rooms, nice and big bathrooms, service minded staff and good location. It's 3-5 minutes from beach, and on station 2, best water without so much green algae and between the station 1 there everything happens and station 3, a calm place in Boracay. It next to X-station, with a little food court, bar and place for activities. I like the romantic feeling and that everything it's so clean.
