Everything in the room was perfect! We also had access to the common chilling area, which contains a full kitchen that we could use. We extended our stay by 3 more nights in the same room. Much love to Erwen, who was very friendly and accomodating, and made sure we were very comfortable for the duration of our stay.

I had an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend staying here, Tim is so friendly and makes you feel at home right away. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. The room was cozy and the bed was comfy, also nice that it's a bit further out of the general road which makes it perfectly quiet at night so you can get a good night of sleep. They provide motorbikes for a decent price and are happy to help you with any questions. Go visit this place while staying in Siargaol, you won't have regrets! Another benefit is that you will get discount in their surfshop!

Casa Basa was wonderful! All staff are some welcoming, kind, and friendly. I rented a motorbike to use during my stay, and Mich kindly gave me a quick tutorial on how to use it. The property is a 5-10 minute ride from the main General Luna area, but I preferred this; it was so peaceful and quiet at the accommodation. They were also working to make the Starlink internet even better during my stay—this made it easier for me to get some work done. There were occasional power outages due to the island-wide power issues, but Casa Basa has a backup generator, so things were restored quickly. Breakfasts and smoothies were delicious, and the adorable dogs were also a big plus for me. It was a wonderful stay and I would love to visit again the next time I come to Siargao! Thanks to the whole team!

Location is great, positioned in the middle of the main strips of General Luna- yet perfectly offset by a long garden entrance, keeping the resort quiet at night and poolside always relaxing. The staff were excellent and attentive- the daily room cleans (fresh towels!) and bottomless house made softdrink were great additions to our stay.

Very cozy place. Bed’s nice, they have a fridge and lot’s of freebies (from coffee, tea, to chocolate bars). The owner and the staff were also very accommodating. Would definitely come back here again.

My time at Amanzohi was nothing sort of absolutely outstanding!!  Donnah was amazing and was able to take care of all my requests.  She even helped arranged transportation multiple times, including airport transportation, and surfing lessons with one of the best instructors. It is an excellent central location in General Luna with everything you need within walking distance.  Across the street is the only restaurant open 24 hours which was great for my early morning breakfast and coffee.   The Greek restaurant next door is also a must try.  The beds are super comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean.  The private pool and shower area are a very nice touch.  A/C and a hot shower are also included which I found out when talking with other travelers that a hot shower is not something always offered.  One thing to mention is the book store across the road does karaoke which you can hear sometimes in the evening but never kept me awake or have trouble falling asleep.  Wherever you stay in General Luna you are going to hear something in the evening hours.   I will definitely be back again. Thank you Donnah and Amanzohi!!

What I love about the property is its charming Bali-Mexican vibe. The staff, along with the owner, are incredibly friendly and genuinely welcoming. I happened to visit during a complete blackout on the island, but they went above and beyond to ensure their guests were well taken care of. Their attentiveness and commitment to making your stay as comfortable as possible truly stood out.

    We stayed in the General Luna area and was a bit surprised...

    We stayed in the General Luna area and was a bit surprised to see how much trash and dirty areas were in the area. We were told to visit Cloud 9 and its nice for surfing, but dirty area, dirty restaurants, and very dirty streets. I would not return for the beaches or areas, but would for the surfing.

    We stayed for 4 days and 4 nights.

    We stayed for 4 days and 4 nights. It was enough if you just want to explore the nearby spots, and go island hopping. But if you plan to really do a good long staycation, 4 days is not enough. There is still a lot we were not able to do. We both love the vibe of General Luna and Siargao as a whole. We love the island vibe and wish that it should remain as is, untouched by too much modernity.

    Well first impressions is the town is very spread out and hot so riding a motorbike/scooter is essential to really enjoy this place. It has a very fun vibrant night life with hundreds of young travellers, great food options, live music everywhere. The surf wasn't great during our stay due to easterly winds daily but fun just to muck about in.

    John was a great host! Very accommodating to all our questions and request. He gave us tips and even made sure the generator was turned on if we were there during the day. The location was perfect, just outside the busy streets but still walking distance to General Luna. The place itself was lovely too. We stayed a week and felt right at home, kitchen/bathroom had everything we needed and everything was clean as well. No qualms whatsoever, loved it here and would highly recommend!

    We had an incredible experience at Greehouse Siargo Eco-Beach Hotel. Everything was perfect (the accomadation, the food, the staff, the localisation). The atmosphere there was so relax and cool. Very kids friendly too. I strongly recommend this place. Very near to all the best surfing spots and General Luna. One of our best holidays over the past years !
