The staffs were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially liked the pool, it was clean and perfect for family relaxation. The breakfast was good! Over all, it was a great family stay.

We initially estimated our arrival to be at 1700-1800H but actual situation caused our arrival to be delayed by 2-3 hrs due to traffic and rain. The hotel had contacted us and ask our actual situation and prepared the room so that we couls rest well as soon as we arrive.

The management is exceptionally accommodating and helpful, the staff is very efficient and knowledgeable, the location is ideal to reach Univ. of Santo Tomas and on a jeepney route to downtown and the malls, and I loved ordering take-out and eating at picnic tables in the courtyard that also services the coffee shop and brew pub that are on the ground level. My room (Rm. 5) had a balcony doors that opened to a magnificent view of Mt. Mayon, the iconic volcano just north of Legazpi.
