1. The very good service provided to us at breakfast by Jeff, the Captain Waite. He is polite, friendly, accommodating, and always has a smile for his guests. Coffee and tea were served the way we liked them. He remembered our requests from Day 1. He made sure we were very satisfied.
2. The other staff, from the reception, housekeeping, to the pool attendants and lifeguards, made the efforts to ensure our grievances were resolved in a timely manner. It was very unfortunate that our 4 nights and 5 days stay at a 4-star Hue Hotels and Resort in Boracay turned into nightmarw experiences that any guest should never experience from Day 1 until checkout.

The staff at the Red Coco were so friendly and informative. We were able to check in right away and they had a little screen welcoming all new guests with their names which was cute. The beds were very comfy and we had a little balcony with drying racks which was good.

Great location , opposite side to white beach but only about 10/15 min walk. Great being in touching distance of white beach but then escaping it. 2 good swimming pools. Staff extremely attentive. Nice food from pool bar.

A special shoutout to Cha and all the front office staff (including the Ferra Garden). They are all friendly and very accommodating including the OJT staff. Also to the housekeeping staff who make sure our room is clean and that we have clean and dry towels. Thank you to Mark and Paul who are so attentive during breakfast. A compliment to the chef as the food was DELICIOUS 😋👌. We ordered Nasi Goreng twice 😊. Breakfast was also great. Our favorite facility is the pool in Ferra Garden ❤️ it was big and clean.
