A Serene Escape at Palawan Sandcastles - Perfect for Those Seeking Peace and Adventure My stay at Palawan Sandcastles from August 9 to 16 was nothing short of exceptional. Despite being in the middle of renovations, the resort graciously opened its doors to us, providing a level of hospitality that truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. Their caring and friendly demeanor, along with their willingness to accommodate all our requests, made our stay incredibly comfortable and personalized. The resort itself is a hidden gem, perfectly situated on a peaceful beachfront that offers a serene escape from the busier areas of Coron. If you're looking to avoid the crowds and simply relax, Palawan Sandcastles is the ideal place. The tranquil atmosphere, coupled with the calming sound of the waves, creates a truly rejuvenating environment. For those seeking a bit of adventure, the resort also offers exciting tours, such as the dugong adventures, which provide a unique opportunity to experience the local wildlife. Despite August typically being considered the off-season, we were pleasantly surprised by the weather. Only brief rains passed through this part of Busuanga, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings without any major disruptions. Pretty much everything… the beaches and the surrounding environment are like paradise on earth. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Wildlife was like being in a nature documentary.

Brand new facilities that have a real luxury feel. Very good value for money. Town is very quiet but the hotel terrace is a good place to hang out, also after everything else is closed. Staff was super helpful and even stayed longer & kept the bar open because we were hanging out on the terrace. They even learned new cocktails for us. They also organized the scooter rental for us. Can definitely recommend the stay.

Absolutely everything! This is a super nice and calm place. The island hopping and the dugong watch was really amazing. The beach is beautiful the sunset is just wonderful. My host is the nicest guy in Earth he is doing all his best to make you feel welcomed.

The tents are amazing. 🤩 you have avery comfortable, soft bed with cozy bedware, a minifridge, AC (!!!) and some board games and a ukulele. The beach is still very authentic and untouched with a very nice little fish restaurant right next door. (Called get real, the owner Arthur Ramos is very sweet and welcoming and their food is caught by themselves right on ocam ocam beach. Highly recommend to eat there at least once during your stay. They even have their own little lobster farm and the lobster with garlic butter is out of this world and awesome value for money.) They also have a little floating platform you can reserve to dine on but do that as soon as you arrive because the floating platform only seats one party per night. The firesky staff was very helpful to organize and book snorkelling trips with the neighbours boat. (Who is the brother of the fisherman and owner of GerReal) Also highly recommend to book at least one day trip with them during your stay. They can take you to black island for amazing snorkelling or fishing or both. =) really made one of the highlights of our three week stay in Palawan and Coron.

Stunning scenery, absolutely gorgeous setting in the jungle. Very delicious home cooked food, friendly staff. The owner picked me up from the airport for a very reasonable price. He also set me up on a fantastic tour of the islands. These are not tours you get out of coron town, prepared us an amazing BBQ lunch on the beach, so we'll done. I was very impressed at the organization and attention to detail.
