So many things were excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quirky and interesting - and although a bit old, were also clean. The location is good but also tucked away from noise so it’s easy to sleep. But, the price was the best part! Serious value for money.

First of all thank you so much to Jessica with superb coordination , responsive supportive, friendly and approachable. Her customer service ethics is highly commendable. Its a pity we did not met her personally. Breakfast, staff and services were awesome. We re running of time they were helpful and considerate. They packed our breaky for 9 pax. Room - very clean. Pool - not able to use as it closed at 10pm not enough time for travellers with full of activites for a short period of stay. In summary, ecxellent stay at Aziza Paradise!

The owner Isaac and the staffs were so kind and welcoming. Shout out to Leonardo from front desk and Julian from the restaurant. They helped us book Van to El nido in reasonable price in last late hour. Food was so delicious. Not pricy. This is the place to stay if you're in Puerto princessa. Thank you Palacio team for making our trip memorable. Keep up the good work.
