Staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The property is a boutique hotel therefore it feels more homey and inviting than the big hotels. Location was also very good since the wedding we were going to attend was at the Baguio Cathedral and reception at El Retiro. There were restaurants nearby and a Marketplace grocery up the road. The rooms were large enough but still feels cozy. It was quiet enough for us to have a good night’s rest after the drive up from Manila.. The rooms were large rate includes breakfast too.

The hotel feels like home and the staff members are very approachable. I was searching for a place to stay to accomodate 8 adults and 5 children. When I found this hotel, I was amazed of the price of the booking that is good for 10 persons. It has 3 rooms with enough beds which was perfect for us. Unlike other hotels with rooms alone, Elliannah Pines Hotel has a kitchenette, small balcony and a living room for us to gather after a city tour.❤️ Perfect for families.

This may be the first accomodation i have booked, where the pictures actually present what you will get when residing there. Many hotels use pictures of rooms that don't exist in their location or, if taking actual photos of the rooms, do it in a way that let's them appear way bigger than they actually are. Thr tooms are comfy, stylish, clean, have comfortable beds, reasonably sized bathrooms and are quiet. Their foods arr amazing, especially the sandwiches and their Fudge are a must try. The breakfast buffet is good value for money and they even gave us a free complementary room upgrade. It's in a walking distance to SM Mall, Baguio Museum and Baguio Night market. Their staff is friendly, welcoming and efficient.

Nice views. Room was spacious and very clean. A taxi to SM-mall was very cheap. Less than 100 peso. From SM-mall it was an easy walk downhill through the city center back to the hotel. In the evening there was some music outside, but at night it was very quiet, even with a window open. The aircon was very silent.
