Over all experience is exceptional. Location and facilities are not less than any international standards. Staff are very helpful, Arsalan the Manager was exceptional specially with his food recommendations. Mona made the checkin very simple. Kudos to all the staff. Very much recommended if you want to escape the heavy traffic jams of Murree.

Fast checkin - hospitality of manager welcome - easy to deal with staff - fast service anything I ask within 3 min deliver , nice view , and I would like thanks to Mr. Sultan bin Aziz he so hospital more than manager and upgrade my room , breakfast is tasty hotel is very clean, the rooms is same in the picture , I will be always back to this hotel because I feel I’m in home they have courtyard with view to have BBQ or fire
