It’s a small seaside town with busy main street but quieter areas on the outskirts. The beach is sandy and clean. The sea is cold but refreshing in warm weather. I would avoid the bustle of the town centre as it can get crowded and noisy.

Really nice, typical Polish seaside town. Lots of places to stay which is good and also equals crowded beaches (but not extremely crowded like Mielno etc.) Lots of shops but only small ones, no chance to by meat (only packed sausage etc), you can buy some fresh veggies but all in all it's mostly fast food & fried fish (although that's typical for all the seaside places). Beaches are big, there are lifeguards. Good place for families. I recommend restaurants "Witta" - good food and service, and "U Braci" - excellent fish.
