I am so happy I came across this hotel, the location is superb ( a 5 min walk to old town) and away from the bustle of the main square. It’s easily accessible by car, and has street parking right beside the hotel with ample spaces ( the hotel parking lot was full, so make sure to reserve your space early). Everything in the hotel is new so the room was fantastic and spacious. But what makes the hotel truly spectacular is the wonderful and attentive staff!!! They truly go out of their way to help in any way they can! I can’t wait to return

Hotel is the oldest and the classiest in Kraków. I stayed here before and I was excited to return with my elderly parents on this occasion. Hotel has been recently renovated and deserves all 5 stars. Great location in the heart of the old town. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Delicious, fancy breakfast with Polish delicacies. I was impressed with the customer service, especially the receptionist BEATA has gone above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Thank you!

Great location in old town Krakow, just steps from the main square....perfect for our Christmas market trip! Bedroom had a double bed below and 3 twins in the loft, enabling the kids to have their own beds, which they really appreciate. Heaters worked fabulously to keep the apartment warm, which is very important during the cold winter when we visited. Television includes Netflix which was nice to have when the Christmas market closed early one evening.

I loved everything about this hotel, it was the best place I’ve ever stayed, without any doubts. The entryway to the rooms is well decorated, the room is comfortable and cozy, the bathroom is spacious enough and the shower is the perfect size. The hotel is located near Galeria Krakowska and also the Main Square, which helped me not to lose much time walking when I needed to buy something or simply get to the heart of the old town.

The hotel is very clean and rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. In addition to this, the location is ideal. Having lived in Krakow for two years, it is close to shops and the city centre, but just far enough to be quiet. It is close to major attractions such as Wawel Castle, Kosciuszko Mound. Two lovely parks (Blonia and Jordan Park) are a short walk away. Very strong Wi-Fi too.

The location of the hotel is outstanding - just around the corner from the main square in the Old Town (and Christmas Markets), and only a twenty minute walk from the fabulous Jewish Quarter. Breakfast at the hotel is also fantastic, among the best I've ever seen in a hotel. We were also offered a free upgrade on our room. We will definitely be back next time we go to Krakow.

Very big comfortable apartment in center of Krakow. Safe underground parking. Staff was very nice and waith us in the front of apartment and help us with everything. We visited Krakow for 24hrs (family of 5) and could not have wished for a better location. The hotel is really well situated in the old town, only a few minutes from the main square. we loved the huge rooms which were spotless and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I will come here again!

Nice hotel, excellent location right next to the railway station and galeria krakowska, only 5 mins from the city centre! The room was pretty although not so spacious and the bed was comfortable. The guys at the reception were dependable and really helpful. This is a value for money!

Location is perfect for visiting Krakow. Right in the middle of old town 5 minute walk to the main square and 5 minutes the other way to the main train station and shopping centre. The hotel itself is amazing. The staff were great too!

This is a really wonderful hotel in the heart of the Jewish quarter of Krakow. Our room was lovely. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff were great. And the location is ideal for getting on the tram to visit the Old Town.

A really great hotel in old town. Great restaurant in a very short walking distance. The staff was amazing and the free breakfast had many choices. Will definitely stay here again if I make my way back to Krakow.

The hotel was in the most perfect location, it was close to the main Kraków Train Station, Kraków Głowny (shopping centre), as well as the Old Town and some of the best restaurants and cafes.

Great location, close to the old town and city centre. 24/7 reception which is super for late check-ins and early check-outs. Overall good value!

Parking was not available near the hotel, so we paid for valet parking which worked fine. Great location for visiting old town Krakow.
