The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything with a carrefour express just on the other side of the street. The adjacent restaurant served delicious food that I really recommend to try. The room was very good when it came to the soundproofing and the climate, there was no noise at all from outside and the AC kept the room in a comfortable temperature. The staff was very well accommodating, we arrived around 2AM and there was no issue at all to check in with the 24/7 staffed reception.

This hotel is really luxury hotel. I was staying in a room with hot tub. The tub is exactly in the middle of the room. Also there is shower cabin and toilet. The room is 100% equipped with automatical lights, curtains are also automatical. This is not a room for family. I would say this is the room for single people or couples. If you are travelling with boyfriend or husband - u will enjoy. If u are coming to stay alone - u will enjoy Jakuzzi. Don’t look that it is 2 kms from city centre. Actually, it is in city centre. 1 minute from a bridge. It is super close to the city centre. The bath tub is perfect! I enjoyed it. Breakfasts are not like in most hotels. Expect something like you come to the cafe, they provide menu, and you choose a dish from a menu which you want. But for me this option was very convenient. They have yoghurts and eggs and croissants. It is a decent breakfast. Just it is not like a table where u take whatever u want. It is from the menu. There will be no iron and iron board. But due to design of the room, there is no place to put it even. Anyways, I was coming to rest. Was not planning to iron anything. It was amazing stay. Believe me u will enjoy this hotel if u take a room with hot tub. Wish all of you a great time here. Huge thanks to all the stuff who were assisting me. Guys, you all are incredibly polite and friendly. Thank you for this ♥️

The hotel is located conveniently on a tramline that brings you direct to the Old Town or offers an option to walk to the Arena area (as much fun outside as inside!). The hotel is perfect for anyone mixing work with a trip to the city- and there's even a 'charming' (?) Milk Bar (the charm is the lack of charm perhaps) less than 200 metres on foot. Oh- the breakfast was excellent too!

Kraków, with its Vistula River charm, historic architecture,...

Kraków, with its Vistula River charm, historic architecture, museums, and kind people, is truly a beautiful and dynamic city! I visited the impressive Wawel Royal Castle, Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory and the surprisingly beautiful Czartoryski Museum, and even experienced a bit of local life in a hospital. I also explored some wonderful places to eat—from cosy local restaurants like Starka | Restaurant & Vodkas to casual food stands such as Farsytat Dumplings (the potato-and-bacon filling was delicious!) and Zapiekanki Królewskie. In the evenings, taking a slow walk along the riverside was absolutely relaxing. And I made friends there - so lucky :)

    A wonderful cosmopolitan city.

A wonderful cosmopolitan city. Reasonably priced, with lots of bars and restaurants, museums and churches with an excellent transport system. Most people spoke or understood English, and overall it was a great place to go. Of course, trips to Auschwitz and the salt mine are part of the 'attraction' of Krakow, but it is simply a lovely place, particularly the main square. Tip; beware of the Cloth Hall where there are lots of stalls with beautiful amber jewelry and just looking round can be hard on your credit card! By the way cash is king in some of the smaller restaurants who give you a free drink if you pay in readies rather than with plastic!

Krakow is a beautiful city and we will certainly return. Transport is plentiful and inexpensive, plenty of Ubers too. We packed in a lot in our 4 day stay, Auschwitz/Birkenau was amazing but we felt like we were rushed through it very quickly as there were other groups hard on our heels. The Salt Mines were also fabulous and well worth the visit. We ate fabulous street food and went to local restaurants which were very tasty and a fraction of British prices. Our next visit will be a little more relaxed I think :)

Another attractive Polish city. Very lively - felt the most touristy place we went to in Poland, not necessarily a good thing ! Very walkable & amazing choice of restaurants and bars. Good value. Highly recommend a tour to Auschwitz - harrowing, but so educational.

I absolutely love Kraków – it’s an incredible city.

I absolutely love Kraków – it’s an incredible city. It has everything you’d expect from a major city, but without the overwhelming chaos of places like London or other large Western cities. You can feel the legacy of Bona Sforza and see traces of the Habsburg influence. As the historic capital of Polish kings and the heart of Poland, Kraków offers an authentic experience — from traditional Polish cuisine to Wawel Castle, world-class museums, art, and rich cultural heritage. There’s truly no place like it. :)

On first impressions from the outside it looks run down but this is keeping with the old Jewish quarter and was really clean and very nice staff. I would definitely book this hotel again when I go back. 10 minutes walk to a shopping centre and heroes square,15 min walk to schindlers factory bout but lots to see in the area, and half hour walk to krakow old town at the end of the road is the main tram route.
