Not overly crowded waking around. Easy to explore by foot and using tram system is straightforward. Excellent food in different parts of the city and lots to explore. Very relaxing vibe especially around the river and main square. I had visited Wroclaw before, but didn't have much time, and...
I had visited Wroclaw before, but didn't have much time, and so wanted to go back for a better look around - and to find more of the 'gnomes' scattered around the city (you can buy a map, or just download the app) Apart from some sporadic drizzle on one day (minimal compared to what we've had in the UK for months), it was pleasant, and warm, even hot. I visited the zoo, "Hydropolis", and two cat cafes, and saw a number of other sites. Most of it is walkable, but there are plenty of buses and trams if you need to get around the wider area (and they're free, if you're 65+). I had downloaded transport maps before arriving, but found there were some disruptions due to road/tram works. I will probably go back, next year (as part of a wider trip I was planning when the flights were cancelled).

We were at the zoo when it was a very hot day, it didn't matter at all, there are many trees. Afrikanium was beautiful, but smaller as imagined, same with the aquapark. Lovely city, very clean and safe. Lots to do. We went for 4 nights but didn't have enough time to fit everything in. Lots of museums and places of interest to visit along with modern shopping centres. Lots of gorgeous cafes, restaurants and bars; all very cheap compared to the UK. Very easy to get to from the local airport, about £1.00 each on the bus, takes about 20 minutes. In the city there is a tram system that goes everywhere for around 70p a journey or you can buy multi-trip passes. Ubers/Bolt taxis are also really cheap and convenient. Cathedral Island is a must see, to watch the lamp lighter in the evening lighting the gas lamps in his top hat and cape.
