room was great and very clean. It was in an ideal part of San Juan just a 2 minute walk to Condado beach and a number of great restaurants. also about 10 minutes by Uber to old San Juan and the airport so a great centralized location. the biggest draw was that the hotel has free to go breakfast that alternates eggs, bacon/sausage, and pancakes/waffles/French toast. staff are very nice and helpful and bilingual English/Spanish speaking. also they provide free umbrellas and chairs to tenants on the beach.

The hostess it's not the most friendly and pleasant but I didnt have any problem. Read the other reviews. There is no reception. Works like and apartments airbnb. Don't expect hotel services. Nice decoration. Well maintaned. I stayied in the indoor room n3. Its a nice room. mattress not the best but ok. No toilet problems. Great location. Specially if you are joining a cruise. Good internet in the rooms and living area. No noise. There is no elevator. You need to carry your bags 2 3 floors.

Location was excellent for what we wanted to do. We were able to walk with our suitcases to the port to board our cruise. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The old building had character -- we felt we were really in San Juan, not some anonymous chain hotel. It was helpful to be able to prepare coffee and we would have used the kitchen facilities more if we'd had a longer stay. The bed was comfortable and the AC very good.

Exceptional staff and location, location, location, in San Juan’s Santurce neighborhood combined to make for a wonderful stay at the Hotel San Jorge! we could walk to fun restaurants. The 787 coffee shop, diagonally across the street, started each day with great coffee and treats. We walked to several art museums. Rooftop area to enjoy sunset and snacks. Bus stop across the street. The staff was responsive, helpful and so, so pleasant!

the hotel is truly a boutique experience. it’s right ON THE BEACH and that’s a 10 alone. The restaurant is delicious and the staff were lovely and friendly. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. I’m a swimmer so I loved the ocean but it can be rough. thankfully all beaches are about a $5 Uber ride away. The staff will hold your bags on both check in and out while you enjoy your day and are very welcoming.

The apartment was central and easy to find. It was a large apartment with all i needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable and the facilities in the toilet and shower was clean and generous. The host had left goodies in the kitchen which worked well as snack while i adjusted. The kitchen had plates and a good size fridge. It is really good value for money compared to hotels.

1. The location was excellent. You step out of the door and you are on the streets of Old San Juan 2. Customer service was great, very helpful and attentive. Always willing to help. 3. All day everyday - Free coffee, cocktails and water was totally out of this world. 4. Rooftop was really cool. 5. Excellent room service. 6. Best hotel for the price.

It was the best choice to make. We rented for 10 days and it was so neat! We got to see and do so much because we were mobile. We stayed on right on the beach in the rain forest and even in the mountains! We swam at sooooo many different beaches, all of them were amazing! When I come back to PR I will definitely be doing this again!

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to help one of my girlfriend with her cellphone and also, the guys that call taxi. I like the fact that the hotel is right on the beach. I also like the view of our room. We were facing the city and it's so beautiful at night.

The hotel is centrally located near everything. It's a block away from the beach, surrounded by restaurants, and bars. It's also a short Uber/taxi ride to both Isla Verde and Old San Juan... The staff is friendly. Only some issues with the cleaning.

Literally on the beach! The bartender was amazing. There is a casino but it kinda small. The lobby is beautiful. The pool was amazing with a swim up bar! The hotel staff is taking amazing per cautions for Covid. Definitely makes you feel safe.

Very nice hotel with a unique design and a good ambiance and right in the city center which is walking distant from everything in old San Juan. They also have a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy some drinks and chill under the shadow

We love the Caribbean style, the security that it brings and the location, next to the beach and to the important places. It is really familiar due to the fact that it is not a huge hotel. The pool is a plus.

Gorgeous hotel with excellent staff. The pool is gorgeous, location right on the beach was increíble and the beach bar served tasty food. would highly recommend.

location of the room, it was big and spacious, wifi was up and down but okay. the hotel was on the beach, rooftop area was nice especially in the late evenings.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach and shops and restaurants all around. Only 10 minutes to Old San Juan by taxi and same to airport.
