Grândola
Surrounded by vineyards, the scenic A Serenada Enoturismo includes a wine cellar, where guests can taste Serra de Grândola wines. The location amongst vineyards was relaxing and the layout of the hotel was good with direct access to our suite from the car-park. Very spacious suite, well designed with cooking facilities in cupboard (microwave, fridge, sink, cutlery and plates), dining table, large patio window opening onto a balcony with nice countryside view, not overlooked. Great view from the bed through large patio window, spacious shower. Appreciated the free glass of local wine in the evening and bought a few bottles. Enjoyed the marked walk near the property, through vineyards and cork oak forest. Nice and fresh breakfast. Nice view from pool area. Definitely recommend.

Featuring mountain views, The ONE - Country House in Grândola features accommodation, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. The farm stay features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Pedro and Lenia were brilliant hosts and were really helpful in providing tips on the areas as well as giving insight. The property has lots of character and has a fantastic infinity pool looking out. Breakfasts were great and we came away thinking that our stay really enhanced our trip.
Grândola is in fact the municipality (one of the largest in area in Portugal) that is located south of Lisbon in the west coast of Alentejo. The city of Grândola itself is a small town just like many other nice, old towns in Portugal. What makes this area special are the Tróia Península (and access to Setúbal), Comporta, Carvalhal and Melides, with all its rice fields and rural landscape just some kms away from unspoilt beaches and excellent surfing spots. The food is also excellent, particularly fresh fish and seafood and the whole area is perfect for outdoor activities (walking, biking, horse riding, surfing, bird watching, etc).
Grandola is a regional town with not much going on. We had lunch in a local restaurant on Sunday which was very traditional and we were made to wait for ages until being shown to a table. Alcacer Do Sal is the place to be for a little more going on.
Grandola is a wuiet small town. It has a modern area and can buy fuel. The old town has great beauty without being twee. Lovely to see this in original form without being made twee. Good coffee shops. A sat nav or smart phone is a must unless you speak the language. We used this as an overnighter on a trip to Lisbon. A good place with about a 2 hour max run into Lisbon.

i loved my stay at Goodmuda. The property is spacious and stunning. my room was super comfortable and tastefully decorated, and so was the tipi. the land is peaceful. the breakfasts are the best I have had of all the Airbnb I have traveled in Portugal. but the best of all is Miguel and Chelsea’s hospitality. Goodmuda is hosted by good and lovely people. feeling grateful to have connected with them. 🙏🏾🤎
Grândola
Hands down one of the best places we've stayed in Alentejo. Here you'll find nature at its best, peace, and quietness. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service is very professional and the breakfast is great. The house is conveniently located: just a 10min drive from Grândola and 30min from the best beaches. We'll come back for sure! Thank you Lenia and Pedro :)
Grândola
The welcome from Pedro and his family, his father Antonio and mother Fatima was so friendly & genuine that we were taken with the property from the moment we arrived. This is not a 5 star hotel, but the honesty & warmth was 5 star. Nothing was a problem, breakfast was excellent especially the scrambled eggs from their own hens.

The hotel is located in a side street in Grândola. Although this area looks a bit run down once you enter the hotel the grounds are beautiful and relaxing. There is a small pool and seating areas around the garden. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was excellent
Wonderful & charming hotel with very attentive staff. The rooms are well decorated and the bed is super comfy. Breakfast is served in nice dishes, all products are fresh and refined. You definitely need to spot by the pool area!

The pool and the outside are are really great. The location is also good because it's 30 min from the coast (sandy beaches) and less than 10 min from Grândola where you can buy groceries or find restaurants.
