Traveling from USA. Absolute luxury! The staff at the desk and in the restaurant are remarkable. Continental breakfast is excellent, as is the lunch menu. Staff helped us with the apartment electronics (we had no idea how to work the heating unit), city directions, places to visit. And truly accommodating. Their English is excellent! Wish we'd stayed longer.

The staff were great, helpful and very friendly. The pool facilities were really nice and relaxing. Good selection for the buffet breakfast, and the hotel overall was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Comfy beds and nice spacious room. Would definitely recommend !

The location of the hotel was perfect - most tourist attractions and the historic centre of town could be reached on foot, but there is a metro station down the road as well. The hotel room was super clean and the bed comfortable. We had breakfast one morning and enjoyed it a lot. A really great hotel that exceeded our expectations.

The location of this boutique property is perfectly positioned. It was away from most of the hustle and bustle of Lisbon, yet close to walk to everything. The property itself has spacious spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable beds, and lots of natural light with opening windows. The daily breakfast was also a big plus. In addition to your standard cold buffet, they offered hot items from the kitchen as well coffee and tea. The real treat of this property is its staff. We were met with a glass of sparkling wine and given a personal tour of the property including all the amenities of our room. We arrived as guests, and left as family thanks to Rui, Pedro, and Alfonso. I think you would be hard pressed to find any hotel with the level of service that we received from the staff.
