Everything! What an amazing time we had. Would give this property all the stars! From an amazing view and property to an even more amazing host. We had the best time here. We found ourselves torn between heading out to visit the Douro valley and staying at the villa and enjoying the farm and property. Pedro was always available to assist us with any of our requests. He has so much of knowledge and passion about the area. Just a lovely person. When looking for a driver to do wine tastings he took us by boat in the morning and fetched us from the train station in the evening. We had the most delicious breakfasts everyday, freshly made cheese and pastries from the bakery. Not enough good things to say about this place. We will definitely be back.

We stayed several nights with our daughter and 3 year old granddaughter. The apartment is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. There were no nearby restaurants open, but the landlady will deliver meals on request, which we made use of. She also delivered a plentiful breakfast each day. We cooked some of our own meals and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is walking distance to a river park where the Douro & Sabor rivers meet. We swam and watched the river cruises go by. There was a porch in the front and in the back with tables where we enjoyed a glass of wine and admired the view. The area is scenic and close to the Côa Museum. We parked in front of the house, off the street.
