Its a lovely small coastal town, but parking is a massive problem, with many people parking on the pedestrian path, and yellow lines. If I was visiting for the day, I would have gone elsewhere, but as a guest staying for 3 days, we spent many hours trying to park legally. Particularly liked the BBQ and obviously the view. A car is highly recommended, because although the #4 bus goes past the house, we could not work out the route. Alternatively a taxi is €8 from Ponta do Sol.
