Our stay at Luster Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the very first moment, we felt genuine warmth, care, and attention to detail that go far beyond standard hospitality. We would especially like to mention Mateus and Maria from the front desk, who made our experience truly enjoyable and pleasant with their professionalism, kindness, and personal approach. In addition, the entire Food & Beverage team was consistently welcoming, friendly, and attentive, showing remarkable dedication and a sincere desire to provide the best possible service at all times — thank you all. In life, we often find ourselves making new choices, and even when reviews are excellent, you never really know what your personal experience will be. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, and most of them were genuinely very good. In this case, however, we found ourselves truly fortunate — Luster Hotel redefined the intensity and quality of what a hotel stay can be, both as travelers and as guests. This is a boutique hotel executed with precision in every single detail. Yes, it is not the cheapest stay, but it consistently proves that it is worth every penny. A special thank you for an unforgettable birthday, including a gift that went far beyond anything we could have imagined. We sincerely hope to return again very soon. Highly recommende

The property was authentic & we immediately felt like we were in Lisbon rather than in just another hotel. The rooms are spacious, well appointed & very clean & conducive to a longer, more relaxed stay. The reception was homely & always a friendly face to offer support. The outdoor area was great for some fresh air and a drink. The location was fabulous & we loved the St Anthony celebrations, the local area was absolutely humming. Breakfast was included & very generous and while we didn’t always eat in the restaurant it was good to be able to eat in sometimes.
