The staff went over and beyond to accomodate our requests and to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The hotel is beautifully decorated and newly renovated. The salt water pool was awesome with comfortable lawn chairs and bathroom/shower facilities. Will certainly return!!

A truly amazing experience - I could not praise the staff enough for their attention to detail and ability to create a family atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained, and the spa area is particularly relaxing. All the staff were great, but a special shout out to Goncalo and Jean.

I think it was definitely my best vacation ever! White is the best place to take a break from the world. The room is amazing. Breakfast and dinner is great! I loved the location! The staff were just SUPER! I miss that place already. Don't hesitate.

Everything was perfect. From the location, to facilities to the coziness of the villa. The villas were exceptionally clean. Everything feels brand new and the staff were so friendly. We loved Romeu, Sophia and everyone we met! We were a bit worried when we initially booked as it was brand new on Booking, but wow what a hidden gem! We wanted to extend our stay from how much we loved it! It was just what we were looking for in Azores! We wanted a hotel that felt homey and this was it!

the pictures don’t show how amazing this hotel is. the price vs quality was very fair . big room, big and comfortable bed. everything very clean . staff very nice . we needed towels for the water circuits (park terra nostra and poça dona beija) and they provided us . also, we had a little issue with the toilette and in the same moment they fixed it. about the breakfast : amazing eggs, mushrooms, bread and fruit !! amazing ! we will be back for sure !! there is a free parking for cars 5min walking (even less)
