First of all this hotel is super clean which is the most important thing for the hotel. I really love the cleanliness in the room. The bed is very comfortable especially for older people it is tight and not so soft which supports your back. The bed is very big. Pillows are soft and the blanket is good so we had a very good sleep every night. Breakfast are okay, so many choices and if you have to leave early in the morning, you can also ask for a little take away food. The staffs are very friendly. Especially, the guy from reception that he always greetings with smile and willing to answer every questions you ask. The hotel have limited parking which is cost 15 euro per day. We used this because it is convenient for us to park whenever and drive around whenever we want. The view above the rooftop also nice with swimming pool and good cocktail. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely come back to stay again if we come to Madeira!

Beatiful hotel, outstanding facilities. Rooftop infinity pool with awesome view. Extremely comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom with high quality toiletries. Nespresso machine in room, good sized safe. Awesome ocean view. Beautiful decor, lots of cosy sitting places. Lots of good restaurants around within 5 mins walk. Av. do Infante is a nice area of Funchal -- in comparison, Estrada Monumental feels a bit like "tourist hell." Staff was polished and very friendly and helpful overall.

Hotel was lovely, in a great location, rooftop pool and bar area were wonderful. Easy to walk into town and see all the main attractions. Breakfast was great lots of variety on the menu and staff were willing to get whatever you requested. Great service woud stay here again.

I only stayed one night. Dinner and breakfast was served in the large dining area and had a wide variety of options, appealing and delicious. -- The staff went above and beyond to help with my last minute reservation. I had to wait for a short time and they provided me with temporary wi-fi access while I waited to check in. -- The location is beautiful, the pool and ocean are in competition for your attention. There is a boardwalk behind the property that invites strolling early in the morning or into the evening, offering views of the sky worth capturing in photos.

Excellent service from the moment you enter the hotel. All staff extremely friendly. Nice rooftop pool and bar/lounge. Rooms have everything you need. Left before breakfast but got a breakfast box that had more food than I could eat. Free spa admission with a steam room and Turkish bath complimentary. Nice restaurant and ambiance throughout the hotel. Highly recommended.
