Hotel Vale Do Côa has accommodations in Vila Nova de Foz Coa. This 2-star hotel offers an ATM and luggage storage space. Both private parking and free WiFi are accessible at the hotel. Awesome breakfast. Filling and great effort. Older style hotel that makes a real effort. Great balcony views of countryside. Right in middle of town.
Located 3.1 mi from Vila Nova de Foz Côa, within Douro Wine Region, Chão d’Ordem offers a family environment in a property with 74 acres. It is surrounded by vineyards, olive and almond trees. It is a beautiful place, very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. They arranged an English tour of the rock drawings for us that was great. The Quinta is full of interesting antiques and they are very friendly.
Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, this country retreat is located 112 mi from Oporto, within characteristic Portuguese stone houses. Beautiful, atmospheric accommodation in a stunning location. Friendly, welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast with freshly baked bed delivered to us.
Offering free WiFi, a sun terrace with a swimming pool, garden and shared lounge, Casa Vermelha is located in Vila Nova de Foz Coa. At the inn, rooms come with a closet. The owner so helpful and gives a warm welcome to her home. Makes you feel special rather just another paying guest. Caught early train, so she ensure her staff were aware, had breakfast, plus a pack lunch. Could not have wish more. Hope to return.
Casa do Ti Latoeiro is located in Açoreira, 5 mi from Torre de Moncorvo. The unit is a 9-minute drive from the Douro riverside. The owner is very friendly and very committed to give us the best breakfast possible. Her homemade jam was delicious and breakfast was really great! The bedroom was clean and neat, although interior decoration doesn't add up with the rest in my opinion...
Rooms are nice and they are in a big house that you can enjoy. Lovely hostess. Estate has been in the family for (some) generations. Great vibe among the vineyards and olive tree groves. I loved this place. Granted, there isn’t a lot of action. We took a night tour of the archaeological site nearby. Very highly recommend it! Nightime is the best time to see the rock art.
Enjoy the stunning views over the Coa and the Douro Visit the World Heritage archeology sites Eat at the museum Walk in the historical Center Visit the many wineries in the area Excellent almonds, olive oil, oranges and wine Go up to miradouro de Sao Gabriel

The casa is gorgeous, very comfortable and has many beautiful touches. We have been traveling in Portugal for more than a month, this has been our favourite place. The host was helpful in general, and especially with our bicycles. He redifines hospitality!
