The owners, Mário and Rute, are extremely nice and friendly, and very invested in making your stay as pleasent as possible. The rooms are very clean and the common kitchen/living room and the toilettes as well. The hotel is extremely peaceful as there are mostly fields in the surroundings. You can cook or prepare light dishes, and use the kitchen as your own. In the balcony you can watch the beautiful sunset everyday. By night, it's very silent and enjoyable in the garden, and the starry sky is to die for.

The property is very nice and peaceful, surrounding a pool with gardens. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable as pictured. Good, free parking on site and you can't beat it for value. Milfontes exceeded our expectations; the historic area near the fort is interesting. The trails at the point were unique. We had an excellent, free, full breakfast buffet at the HS Milfontes Beach Hotel where we checked in. Staff was super welcoming. We were happy we stayed at this apartment for one night.

I absolutely LOVED this property, & this town. Large & comfortable room, unbelievably kind & hospitable host- Luis (who spoke great english), private bathroom, free street parking readily available, fridge, electric tea kettle, balcony, shower with good heat & pressure, flat screen TV, 200m to the beach, 400m to the town center, surrounded by nearby restaurants, extremely affordable rates

Perfect location, 2 mins walk to the beach and all shops, restaurants. Lovely patio. Smallish room, but totally adequate. Modern decor, enough storage, mini fridge very useful. Clean. Good AC. A bit stuffy in the room without it. Cleaners are a little noisy in the morning, talking and pushing furniture. Quiet at night. Staff welcoming and helpful. Easy to park. Great beach holiday location!

This is a fabulous hotel to stay in after a long day’s hike. We were greeted by Fatima who was so welcoming and pleasant. She gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars. We had a fantastic breakfast next morning which set us up very nicely for our trip to Almogarve.

The room was very clean, light and nice. The staff superfriendly and helpfully. Location near to restaurants. The breakfast was very good. And they also had complimentary homemade cake fruits water and sweet liquors available at any time. I really recommend this hotell.

Lovely rooms and garden in a calm part of Vila Nova de Milfontes. Great base for discovering the wild beaches of Alentejo Litoral. Our host Caterina gave us great tips for local restaurants and made bookings for us. Thanks for everything. Peter&Csilla

this hotel was our best!!! comftable, big. small kitchen. place to sit in side and out side the room. elevator. really amazing. and the best - 2 minits from the beach. 500 meters from a baut to sail on the mira river. really amazing/

The room on the 1st floor is really 4star hotel. Great bed, great bathroom, airco. The rooftop pool is a nice bonus and the cafe downstairs has a fresh bakery with the best stuff. Reception staff and cleaning were very kind and friendly

good location, 10 minute walk to most areas of interest, quiet location, catholic church directly behind the hotel if you need to repent. church bells are an added bonus - can lead you home when lost

Mil Reis provided a lovely bed and breakfast stay in the historical center to Vila Nova de Milfontes. The room was comfortable, the staff welcoming and the breakfast amazing.

The hotel is very clean and practical. All employees are kind and helpful. Location is great with the beach and bars and restaurants at walking distance.

We liked the location, both its proximity to the beach and lighthouse and the good walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants.
