This was one of my stops...my favorite stop...while hiking on the Ruta Vicentina (Fisherman's Trail). Check in was friendly, fast, and easy. I stayed in the new wing and the room was amazing -- well-decorated, comfortable temperature, endless hot water, high-quality amenities, a big terrace, and a pet bunny in the courtyard. The location was excellent, close to the village center and the river beach (where we continued hiking the next day). We asked for a restaurant recommendation for dinner and had a fabulous meal there.
