Excellent breakfast! Staff were all very pleasant. Room was very clean with air conditioning. Tea room was lovely too. Loved the mixing of old and new arquitecture.

Initially, we didn’t plan to stop in Vila Viçosa and accidentally drove into this town. And it turned out to be a huge stroke of luck. First, we discovered a great hotel with very friendly staff in a historic building. Then, we explored an amazing town with a fortress and a beautiful palace. I highly recommend visiting this place.​⬤

Breakfast was good but after 10 days was a bit monotonous. Delivered at 9 am each day which was good time for us. Lovely location. Nice house, nicely decorated, comfy beds. Two large pools , sun loungers were allocated to each rental house which was a great idea.Would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel has an amazing location, really central and very quiet. The grounds were all kept really nice and clean. It is definitely a family hotel, lots of kids. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, I wasn't expecting such a nice variety of items in such a small and family owned (?) hotel. The staff will go above and beyond to help and to accommodate any requests. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be back.
