The Concierge were UNBELIEVABLE!! I travel a lot a d this place was perfect. This was my first time in Porto and we loved the location of this hotel. The room was beautiful, it felt extremy high-end, like a spa. Tons of counted space to our all your makeup/toiletries. Also extremely clean. Ohh and the bed was really comfy!!
