The whole property is beautiful, really well kept, fully a 5 star experience. Had no issues getting beds at pool, staff all so helpful, service excellent, great selection at breakfast, location perfect to walk into the Marina for dinner. We got engaged on the grounds during this stay so it will forever be special to us!

We loved this place! The Front desk Concierges Daniela and Miguel were so very helpful. MIGUEL booked our Faro airport transportation and DANIELA seamlessly connected our one night Booking.com reservation to the additional 3 nights we booked directly with the hotel so we could stay in the same room. The location is exceptional on a beautiful wide beach. The hotel and grounds are immaculate as are the indoor facilities. There was a piano player, singer and other music in the main areas of the hotel each night. They have great bikes to rent from the very pleasant belllman who gave us tips on biking the area. The breakfast/brunch is extensive and was delicious. The resort has 2 beautiful outdoor adult pools and a fun kids pool and kids club, plus an indoor pool with sauna and steam room. Since the weather was sunny and gorgeous on our trip we didn't use the indoor facility but it looked very clean , nice and well kept. Walk down the beach to the fun village of Vilamoura with many harbor front restaurants and shops. We will look forward to returning to this exceptional resort!

The hotel was really nice - my daughter stayed in a Villa across the road so spent all my days over there, but the hotel was lovely The hotel staff were very friendly - I reported my Air Conditioning wasn't working to reception and it was sorted that same day Great Location with free shuttle bus from and to the Hilton across the road to the Marina daily - plus was able to use the Spa facilities at the Hilton should I wish to do so The food was great - I was breakfast only and plenty of choice was on offer I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay - although not much for children to do other than the pool - best for Adults only stay

A luxury, purpose-built resort along the Algarve region coastline offering a variety of accommodation ranging from 5-star hotels to villas and apartments, Vilamoura is the largest complex of its type in Europe. It is conveniently located, 16 km from Albufeira and 25 km from Faro Airport.

Its heart and soul lies around the exclusive Marina, while the 20 square kilometre development is flanked by a Golf Academy and 6 Golf Courses.     Very nice area, I especially liked the marina and enjoyed walking along the sea front. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and nice walk to near by locations along beach. Visited the fish market in Quarteira which was very bust and an experience, there was a fruit and vegetable market also.

    Vilamoura was even better than I expected!

    Vilamoura was even better than I expected! The marina was HUGE and had everything, there were beach clubs dotted around further afield from the marina, everywhere was clean, great place for a 'let your hair down' trip but equally a great place for a more chilled one. 19th Hole was good for live music. Thai beach club was amazing for our Hen group.

    Vilamoura is always a fanastic place to wind down for us. We do not do the overly tourist things, we eat at local restaurants tucked away in Quarteria, we hike, we swim and genuinely just unwind. Vilamoura is what you make it and we go as many times as possible!!

    Villamoura is lovely.

    Villamoura is lovely. Plenty going on there. ideal for families and couples . More up market than other parts of Portugal so prices in restaurants are higher but food was lovely. Lovely beach bar near which has music every night.

    We loved everything about this villa. Kirsty, the host, could not have been more helpful and is such a bubbly and friendly lady. The villa was exceptionally equipped and I have to say the photos online do not do it justice which is not always the way! The outside area is stunning with a view over the golf course and was much bigger than expected. The location of this villa is about a 10 minute cab ride from Vilamoura marina and there are several supermarkets a short cab ride away too if you need to replenish your stocks!

    The whole apartment was perfect we normally use hotels when we go to Portugal which is a few times a year, but this time we used Vila Lusa and we were all blown away by what we found. Perfect location by the Marina and Alex was a lovely host can't think of anything that wasn't perfect. Thanks Alex from Steve, Trevor, John and Mike.     I had stayed at Dom Pedro Marina and Portobello hotels before but the Dom Pedro Vilamoura is definitely the best of the three. The quality of everything is just that bit higher than the other two. The location is an absolute winner too.

    The apartment is amazing! Very beautiful, clean, bright, modern! The best location in Vilamoura - right on the marina! Very comfortable, safe and easy free parking! And the host is very kind and friendly person! We loved that place!
