Everything is exceptional. Ezdan palace is my first choice since three years now and will continue because every time I’m going there I’m feeling that I’m in my home. Thank you for all people in reception, they are professional and know exactly how to treat the customers and special thanks to Al thoraya restaurant team who are making amazing food every Thursday and Friday, really everything in that hotel is making me feel comfortable. A very elegant, luxurious hotel with a spacious living room, cooking utensils with a dryer and a washing machine, with a spacious balcony where you had a table and chairs and you could smoke and a clothes dryer. The tram station was 15 minutes walk away and Vendome Mall just behind the hotel. The swimming pool was on roof top with nice view. They were giving u cold water and towels. Also the staff of the hotel very kind and always attentive to ur needs, from house keeping to the valet of car or even manager. The offer us welcome drinks and a fruit platter. I recommend Agora, Doha, Autograph Collection to families or couples who are looking for an elegant and high-class stay. The sfaff is amazing and services too. As a hotel, it is not enough to have only good services but also quality team people staff to enhance them. One more time, thank you!
