Staff are very very friendly and professional. It is a homey style hotel where you feel you are among your family. We were late in check in so the front desk called us to make sure that we are Ok and nothing bad happened to us. This was really highly appreciated by us. Lovely hotel with an amazing location. It's comfortable, clean, with a wonderful breakfast. The trout I ordered at the restaurant was delicious. We also ordered room service the first day we arrived as my husband wasn't feeling well. It came promptly and was delicious as well. The bed was fine, and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is modern and located 5 minutes walk from a very nice mall with a big supermarket and many stores and places to eat. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel crew is amazing, everyone is very nice, patient and willing to help with any issue. I would like to mention especially Sena and Alexandru from the reception, who made our stay wonderful.

This was my favorite hotel that we stayed in during our trip to Romania. The location is perfect. The building and rooms are beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Every little detail about the place is well suited for a comfy and relaxing stay. The room was spacious, the amenities were great and the staff was very friendly and to the point. The breakfast was very varied with a lot of very tasty treats such as: guacamole, hard cheese with caraway, quinoa green salad, several types of local cheese, jam packed pastries, choco cream, very good quality honey etc. Every morsal of food was above average quality. I highly recommend it. All in all, I had a really good time at this hotel. I am willing to bet you'll have a great one as well!
