I would only say that Brits should stay away, especially those that follow Farage and/or voted for Brexit. The city was under construction period so we couldn't walk around and see the city. We had lunch and dinner at Bistro Junior and Rigo restaurant and enjoyed our meals. Buzău is a „work in progress”.
Buzău is a „work in progress”. Some beautiful buildings, but not a „touristic” city. The area has a lot of natural attractions (go to Pâclele Mari and Pâclele Mic to see the „mud volcanoes”). To eat: try first restaurant Moara Drăgaicelor, you won't look for another one.Guest review byRaduRomania

Also the view was spectacular, we had direct view of the most beautiful roundabout in Buzău. Located literally next to the train station, the sound of the trains gives you the unique bohemian feeling of a traveler in the 20s.
