The host is extremely hospitable and did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome, even offered to prepare a traditional dinner with vegetarian options. The facilities are very clean and comfortable, very cozy room with comfortable bed. Nice sauna and hot tub that can be used any time. The kitchen can also be used any time to make tea or coffee and there are complimentary drinks. The location is very good, close to the town and hikes and very quiet

Our 2 nights stay in casa de poveste was a wonderful feeling to live in traditional wooden houses with great amenities. The host Gabriela looked after me during my stay so I could have a few days relaxing. The accommodation is set within her lovely garden from which she took ingredients to cook me delicious meals including eggs from her chickens for breakfast and vegetables in the evening meal. The food options nearby where not great so it was a godsend to have her cook for me and at such reasonable prices. It was one of the most memorable things about my trip around Romania and I hope to be back to visit again soon.

Nice host, quiet location, comfortable room, very good and varied food every day. In winter, there is enough warm in the room although it was cold outside.
