Pensiunea Milexim is set in Campia Turzii, 5.6 mi from the Turda Salt Mine, and offers accommodations units spread in 3 different buildings, free access to a sauna and an indoor pool, free WiFi, and a... It was the best hotel ever, I was very impressive! The hotel is using very famous local restaurant as breakfast (for free and very good!!!) place. We had such a nice dinner there as soon as we arrived at the hotel. It was really nice, it seems many local people visits there. We went to the swimming pool after dinner. The swimming pool was also warm enough and has sauna. You don't have to worry about temperature of water. Excellent! We had a glass of beer and very delicious lib after swimming around 10:30pm. We could enjoy whole day at the hotel area. It was really awesome! You can have nice, warm, clean and wide room also. The restaurant is really nice and very cheap, opens til midnight! You can swim and play games also. Pocket billiards and pingpong are also free! I really respect the owner of this hotel. I met a Romanian hotel host at the swimming pool. She stays 200km far away from this hotel. She also came here to relax and enjoy. I don't have any chance to talk to the owner of this hotel. I hope that I can talk to him someday. I respect his great work. I highly recommend this hotel if you are family or couple!
Set in Cîmpia Turzii locality, Pensiunea La Broscuta offers a free seasonal outdoor pool, an on-site tennis court at a surcharge, free WiFi and free private parking. It is a wonderful place. Extremely clean. In my opinion is not a 3 stars place, is a 4 stars. I will come back for sure there. I would highly recommend it!
Garsoniera Luigy in Turda has accommodations with free WiFi, 4.1 miles from Turda Salt Mine, 2.8 miles from Potaissa Roman Castrum and 4.2 miles from Durgău Swimming Pool. There is parking nearby (we were lucky, there was parking right in front of the door). This is a residential neighborhood, there is a door that needs to be opened with a key to enter the building.
We visited the salt mine but was quite disappointin, too crowded, for one elevator one should wait for hours, so we took the wooden stairs with two young children not only down but also up. Then to get from level -1 to -2 one should have taken another elevator which was not wirking, so people were queing for hours to take the stairs, so we gave up and went up and then out.Probably off season would be a much better experience
Best places to visit: 1. Salt mine (Salina Turda) - Very nice equiped / renovated, many distractions for spending a good time inside, very nice staff. Would highly recomend to visit. 2. Best restaurant - Milexim Pension.

This hotel has loads of character! Fun decor and so much to see. Well taken care of. We arrived quite late so we had dinner near closing. Food was not great. Quite cold and took AGES! May have been due to when we arrived. However, the breakfast the great! Lots of choice and plenty of staff on hand to refill. Sauna is nice but pool was smaller than expected from the photos. Still good value for money. Room was spacious, quiet, clean and had a nice shower. Would recommend.

The place is modernly decorated and clean. There was a cozy sofa and a minibar in the room and the drinks were reasonably prices. There's a lounge area and a small terasse with a view over the pool. It's not the regular pool you would expect from a hotel, but quite a big "strand". The staff was polite and kind and the breakfast quite nice. I only stayed for one night, but would've loved to stay longer!
