Cluj is somewhere I have wanted to visit for a few years now and it didn't disappoint. It is easy to explore on foot. It is friendly, clean, and has plenty to do. There are so many great cafes, bars, and restaurants. We did not have a bad experience at any, and we very much enjoyed the food and nightlife. Nice place for socialising. Suited us has we were happy dinning and drinking. Past that, we didn't bother with anything else. Transport was either free or very cheap,that's brilliant, any where else I've been you've had felt ripped off at first point of contact. Best value for money I've spent aboard. The city has beautiful architecture, with many old buildings. The people seem more cultured and calm compared to Bucharest. At first glance, they appear very kind and friendly.
