The property was very nice and comfortable, with several activities available such as darts, table football for entertainment. Everything was clean and well maintained. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly recommend this place.

Nice family accommodation. Clean rooms, TV, host very helpful and friendly , he cooked for us for a decent fee and drinks were on the house. There is a booklet with local attractions and map of the area in each room. The garden is packed with beautiful flower pots , very picturesque.

Wonderfully renovated house in Socolari, in one of the best areas to stay if you want to visit around Cheile Nerei and Lacul Ochiul Beiului. The breakfast is very good with local healthy food and the food in general is good and with very fast service. Very nice yard in which you can enjoy the silence and the fresh air while sipping wine. Definitely a place to recommend.

Amazing! Best place to stay in Sasca Romana! The owner was so very nice to us and accommodating. The rooms are very big, clean and perfect. Modern appliances. Loved the walk-in shower! Restaurant with delicious food is a big plus! We highly appreciated the owners made food for us even though there were only 2 more guests besides us. Amazing location, peaceful and quiet, right at the Nera Gorge (Cheile Nerei) trailhead.

    Depressing deserted village almost in ruins, at the end of a horrible patch of road that looked and felt as if it had been bombed. No local restaurant open to guests, the handfull of B&Bs serving only their inhouse guests. We are not usually picky, but this was the most terrible destination we've ever been. If you want to visit the beautiful Nera and the canion, go to Sasca Română !

    Lots of well-marked hiking trails at the start.

    Lots of well-marked hiking trails at the start. It is not clearly marked where it is best to reach the pedestrian paths by car. In addition to walking, I recommend a visit to the Nera Monastery and the Kalugara Monastery.
