We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exceptional, particularly the staff. From the reception to housekeeping and dining staff, every employee was outstanding in their professionalism and standard of guest care. The pool is beautiful and the temperature perfect, and the pool room is kept at a nice warm temperature. The rooms are beautiful, spotless and well appointed. We asked for extra towels and were accommodated at every level. The dining room is directed by a distinguished gentleman who is impeccable; under his direction his seemingly happy staff provides a lovely dining experience at every meal. The entire resort is just lovely and we had a wonderful stay.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The staff wrote a nice welcome letter for my daughters and made sure all of our needs were met. We received daily bus passes to go to and from the ski center, and the spa was perfect after a long day of skiing. We will surely stay again.

Clean, everything is new. All utensils new. Heating is good considering the outside temperature (-20 C) at night. 5 minute walk to the gondola. Restaurant next to the complex. I recommend the Gondola restaurant (5 min walk).

The location was superb. In Konaci and close to everything. The staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. My husband hurt his leg skiing and we asked for a late check out — there was no problem with checking out late. Everyone was very understanding and accommodating. We are eager to come back and stay here.
