Excellent everything from first encounter at reception to checking out and saying goodbye. Friendly and helpful reception staff, perfect breakfast, comfortable rooms with clean showers with great pressure to the best location in town one can ask for. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I have had and I've stayed in many 5 star hotels before. Katerina is a gem of a person and helped me put together an itinerary to really enjoy Novi Pazar and the surroundings. We had a pleasant one-night stay—comfortable beds, convenient parking, and a good breakfast. A thoughtful gesture from the owners was upgrading us to two double rooms instead of the smaller quadruple room we had booked, which made our stay even more comfortable. Much appreciated!
