Ethno village Stanojevic is the most beautiful we have ever been. The owners are very kind, pleasant and hospitable family. They are typical traditional Serbian family. We have only words of praise for these people and for the accommodation as well. Those small houses for a vacation were built very long time ago and when you stay in you feel like in a fairy tale. Those are so cute and equipped with everything you should need. If you want to experience a true vacation in nature and in the Serbian countryside, we highly recommend this ethno village. Also, this is great base position if you plan to visit Rtanj mountain and Sokobanja. We definitely plan to come here again.

Our stay at this house was a lovely experience. The owner was very proactive and contacted us before our arrival to ask about our arrival time. When we got there, she was already waiting for us and welcomed us with a delicious piece of homemade toasty cake, which was a really nice touch! During our stay, there was a big storm which caused a power cut for about an hour and also a temporary water cut during the night. Thankfully, the owner had warned us in advance, so we had time to take showers and use the kitchen before the water was cut, which we really appreciated. The house itself is beautiful, with a charming garden full of flowers and fruit trees. You can feel the care she’s put into all the small details. The setting is very peaceful, surrounded by mountains—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. Definitely a place we would recommend!

    The nature is stunning!

    The nature is stunning! Rtanj mountain looks amazing and we had a very good time walking on the top of the mountain - Šiljak. In the nearby you can visit Sokobanja (Sokograd), some of the beautiful waterfalls, Krivi vir, Grza and many more natural attractions.

    There are many options on Rtanj, what to visit.

    There are many options on Rtanj, what to visit. It is peacefull and ideal for nature lovers and for getaway from everyday's noice and buzz. Air is clean, you can breathe deeply. Food is domestic and traditional (you could never eat that type, quality and amount of food for that low price in any other town in Serbia). People there are open-minded. Everyone comes for their own reason. During the winter it isn't crowded, so you can enjoy in silence. There are many energetic places. Even if you are traveling by yourself, you will meet likeminded people and will never be alone. :)
