We were guests at the hotel around 31st December for a 3 night stay. We are very satisfied with the hotel, especially the employees that work at reception. They were very nice and helpful all the time. Also the waiter that works at the breakfast room. The hotel is located right in the Citi center, 2-3 min walk to the square where are all the coffee bars, restaurant and nearby Danube park. The Petrovaradin fortress is around 10-15min walk. The hotel has it's own parking space but it's limited so if you are coming with car, reserve a spot. There is no free parking in the nearby streets. The room was clean and enormous, beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with all necessities inside. Sheets were changed on a daily basis, also the towels. Food was great and diverse so everyone will find something tasty to eat. Overall the hotel gets 10+ from us.

Hotel is perfect, rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Beds are large and comfortable. Staff is very kind and professional. SPA and welness are great, pool is not large but it is very clean and water is warm (31 C). And since the hotel is adult only, atmoshpere at the pool is very calm and relaxing. Food choices for breakfast are numerous, mostly from domestic cuisine.

Staff was super hospitable and often asked if there was anything that we needed/wanted. Hot-tub/jacuzzi and sauna were fantastically positioned in the garden and terrace area. Breakfast was robust and offered lots of good options. Paid extra for a river-view room and was so glad we did! Our balcony offered amazing sunsets.
