Had 2 rooms in the hotel. Lobby is up 3 flights of steps, but wasn’t an issue. Had private off street parking. Rooms were spacious. Staff were superb and friendly.

Excellent everything from first encounter at reception to checking out and saying goodbye. Friendly and helpful reception staff, perfect breakfast, comfortable rooms with clean showers with great pressure to the best location in town one can ask for. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I have had and I've stayed in many 5 star hotels before. Katerina is a gem of a person and helped me put together an itinerary to really enjoy Novi Pazar and the surroundings.
