Great views of Saint Petersburg and the Neva River, and spacious rooms are offered by this hotel. It is centrally located on Pirogov Embankment. The room was very clean and well presented for our arrival. The shower was very good and towels and toiletries were provided as well as a gown and slippers. Tea, coffee and water were also provided. There was a mini bar that we not use. There was a safe, a kettle and generous storage space for our items of clothing. The view of the city and the river was beautiful, we had a Deluxe Room with a River View. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a good choice of items which were delicious. I was here with my girlfriend and we would like to come back to this hotel when the chance arises. A lovely hotel with friendly staff.

Hotel location is excellent, right in the center and it’s within walking distance to almost everywhere. The staff are super helpful and very kind without exception. Any room delivery was done the same moment without delays. Very attentive, thank you ! Special thanks to Aleksandr who normally has night shift as he provided a very comfortable and quick early check in although we didn’t inform earlier due to sudden change in our flight timing. Money wise it’s very reasonable especially considering that it’s a 5 stars hotel with international standard. We chose city view room and it was comfortable with good view. Breakfast, we only took 2 days and honestly, I would recommend to eat outside for better variety of dishes. Overall, me and my mum are very happy for choosing Radisson Royale and for every visit to SP, we decided to stay here!

SPB has the largest consistent 1750 to 1900 style "old city" in Europe It must not be ruined due lack of priority or refusal to request funding from Europe. The "old city as a whole" is the favorite, no particular spot.
The main thing that has got me in love with the city was that it had been able to save its old face - the old buildings and historical sights. Moreover, the people here are friendly as well. Even though one thing that had got my attention was that there are too many expats in here.
This City i best for Summers i think ; There is less option to explore the city in winters Specially the Boats in the canal is closed due to ice the day is short sun rises at 9:30 and sets at 4 Pm Another disappointment was as a foreigner you will not get an entry to Museum and churches as they need you to be vaccinated by Pfizer and have a Russian QR code State Heritage museum requires RT-PCT test report within 24hrs to buy a ticket and enter the museum We were disappointed 😥 by these requirements
In this new reality western visitors like me can’t get in the museums because they don’t accept others vaccines but Sputnik, even with PCR negative they can’t let you get in. Very desappointed in that specific issue. Other than that, was one of the most gratifying and unforgettable experience I had, beautiful city, you can walk, take bus or train, subway, eat every place. Another thing to keep in mind, I couldn’t use Uber app, instead used Yandex app, my credit cards didn’t work, but you can pay cash to drivers, the app give you the option after you see the fare or price of that trip. There’s western unions, money gram , banks give you the option to the local currency, I used dollars to rublos, need also translators apps, I used yandex translate, also need google maps to move through the city, it helps you to take buses metro, it works perfectly, people don’t speak English, need translator. Also you can buy a phone for 100$ or less and put a SIM card and pay 10$ for 15 days unlimited internet and a few minutes locals call and some text mjs, I used for internet in order to move used google maps .
The weather was much more moderate than I anticipated. In late October the flowers were still blooming. Some days had some wind but nothing like the Colorado late Fall/Winter, that I am used to. Great walking City. The sights are truly beautiful and memorable.
Very efficient and friendly check-in. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great. And we also loved the unique design of this hotel. But the hotels best asset is its staff! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in St.Petersburg. They work long hours, but always have a welcoming smile. (Thanks for all the staff members) We would definitely stay here again. A truly excellent hotel, highly recommend!
The LOTTE hotel was exceptional in everything. The staff was courteous, professional, friendly and knowledge. the concierge services were fantastic - Mary, Kate & Fedor arranged wonderful tours, restaurants , a very knowledgeable guide to accompany us about St Petersburg and even an evening at the opera. The accomodations were both state of the art & exceedingly comfortable. Very quiet. Excellent restaurants & bar. We would love to return!
We liked everything in this hotel: the location in the center, the amenities in the room, which included Slippers, bathrobes, capsule coffee machine, mini-kitchen with everything you need, a very comfortable bed, everything you need for hygiene in the bathroom, and the receptionist Daniela, who is very friendly and ready to help in solving any of your problems. The next vacation in St. Petersburg will certainly be in Kaleidoscope hotel.
The location is very good, within walking distance to Nevski Prospekt, the main street in St. Petersburg. The breakfast was decent and it included a few samples from the Russian cuisine. The hotel is nicely decorated and has a cozy feeling. Around the hotel you can easily find small grocery shops and also a few interesting restaurants. We really liked the place and we think it was excellent value for the money.
The included breakfast was at Vaffle which is a restaurant that serves a variety of waffle sandwiches and desserts. It was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast is also available until 12pm. The hotel was located right off of Nevsky Prospect (avenue), which is St. Petersburg main thoroughfare. This design and color scheme of the rooms are very artistic. The front desk personnel were very pleasant.
Chic, comfortable, and very, very clean. I love that they have a “hidden” kitchenette with a Nespresso machine and a cappucinator. I also love how informative and helpful the staff is. They also gave a complimentary sparkling wine in the room! If I return to St. Petersburg, I’ll definitely stay in this hotel again.
Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay easy, as all of our party were non-Russian speakers it was comforting to know the hotel staff could understand our questions and requests. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. Hotel is walking distance to many St P cultural benefits.
Our experience with wynwood hotel was simply great. The location is probably the best one could find in St Peterburg as it's quiet yet very central. The breakfasts were delicious and the rooms were nicely decorated. Also, the hotel staff was always helpful and extremely positive.
Everything. The staff are incredible, the common area is cosy and inviting, the whole place is just like a home away from home. The breakfast was delicious and sometimes even included the most amazing Russian pancakes. I will come back to Saint Petersburg just to stay here!
It was lovely to stay somewhere that was both clean and comfortable and had real Russian character. It was in an excellent position both near the Hermitage and other sights. As a woman on my own I felt very safe staying there both in terms of the hotel itself and the area.
Perfect location in the middle of the city made it so easy to explore all tourist attraction in St. Petersburg, staff were extremely helpful in every way, rooms were clean. I would highly recommend to start your St. Petersburg trip from this hotel.
Good location, many bars and restaurants nearby. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Rooms are decorated nicely as each room represents famous Russian writers etc. The breakfast was great, overall the hotel offers good value for money.
Location is the best in the city. We booked cathedral view room and it was worth every penny. The interior of the hotel reminds Russian theatre. We enjoyed restaurant and the pool and the spa. Overall experience was one of the best.
Staff is the best, location in the heart of the city, 1 minute to Dvortsovaya square. All rooms have special design after russian poets, who live or stay in Petersburg. So design is interesting. We like the place very much!
.Before&after. Breakfast it was tasty in lovely place. Not just a room for eating but cozy cafeteria. Nice service and convenient access without going out the street during the Russian winter in the morning.
The location was really good. All the attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. The staff were really helpful as well and they had a good level of English. Much better than my Russian anyway.
Location and staff were very good. The elevator is very small and starts from first floor. Over all i had a pleasant stay with my family
