Very impressive since the first step walking to the hotel. The hotel has the most stunning view and very beautiful and clean. The room is extremely big and convenience. Fortunately my room has the Maraya view that I will never forget this experience. The most impressive for this hotel is The Saffron restaurant that is Thai food. The chief manager including staffs they are from Thai , Who chief Tina, Chief Yuttapong, Chief Artit, and Pattchara. They took a great care of my family. They are unforgettable have super great service mind. The food was super delicious in every menu. Yes I could tell for all menu because I went there for 5 meals and ordered all different menu. They treated my family very well , made us feel like home and they served some menu as a complimentary. Especially due to the extremely hot weather, my mother got sick, The chief Tina, called the doctor to take care my mom so well. My family and I will remember them for their perfect service forever. They will be the first reason I will come and stay at the Bayantree in Alula again for sure. Thank you for everything you guys have done for my family. We deeply appreciate that.

    The ambience of this city is unique. You probably haven't seen anything like it. Neat, quiet, clean city surrounded by rocky mountains. Lots of historical places to visit - elephant rock, old town, moraya, Hegra, all amazing, picturesque places, like from a storybook. I travelled for a marathon and the route was breath-taking.

    AlUla is one of the most beautiful places l have ever...

    AlUla is one of the most beautiful places l have ever visited. I did stargazing in the desert, Hegra tour, Maraya tour and visited the Elephant rock. The old town of AlUla is also stunning, especially in the evening. Pretty much everything in AlUla is just magical.

    A hidden gem of Saudi Arabia, perfect choice for nature and adventure lovers, over the busy and crowd cities of Riyadh and Jeddah. The landscape is gorgeous and jaw-dropping. It is also amazing to see how diversity of activities thrive in this quiet but culturally rich town in the middle of nowhere. It is a place for all kinds of tourists.

    AlUla offers a little of what Saudi Arabia is like outside major metropolis' like Riyadh and Jeddah. It also offers a delve into the historical Saudi Arabia, ultra luxury in Ashar Valley and Shaaran Nature reserve. Saudi Arabia is one of the friendliest countries in the Middle East, and this is demonstrated with every interaction with AlUla residents, always willing to help. My trips tend to be for business, we do try and take advantage of the hospitality in the evenings when we can. I am looking to taking my family there and show them a contrast to Riyadh.

    We stayed in a bungalow and we loved it! Been thinking of coming back to explore Al Ula more. These are the best staying in Cloud 9; 1. The space is enough for a couple, the living room, and the bedroom is spacious in addition to the bathroom and kitchen area. 2. The amenities are a plus having a great mountain view. 3. The staff are very hospitable. 4. The food was excellent (breakfast) 5. Location is approx. 30 mins away from the touristy area 6. There are plenty of drawers/ cupboards for storage

    The apartment is in a quiet residential area far away from the center, but the owner will get you everywhere by his car. I had just one day in Al Ula, but I got to see a lot. Abu Ali picked me up at the airport and drove me around the main tourist sights and back to the airport for extra 200 SAR. Getting a taxi would be much more expensive. Also, you get to see how common people live in Saudi Arabia.

    DO NOT BOOK HERE. The owner is a scam artist. He cancelled our booking on the day we arrived. Then told us to check in to his cousins place in Al Ula for a much higher cost. He had rented the rooms we booked for a higher price to other guests!

    The hotel does not have restaurant. And we cannot find any restaurants near the hotel. Since al ula is not a city where you can get uber/taxis easily except for tourist vehicles. it had been difficult for us.
