Everything about our stay was exceptional. The location is great, just across the street from the Haram. The room was spacious, spotless, with Haram view. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. This was our first time staying at Jumeirah, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is 100 on 10. At first I thought it was far from the Haram but it is actually 5 mins walk from hotel to Haram and another 3 mins to the gate 79. The best part is away from the crowded area , on this side you can pray at the new mosque building as well when too crowded at the mataf. So concerning distance it is very good. Staff and housekeeping amazing , any question or help they are here for you Food buffet was very good and changes everyday Room service very nice as well.
