Everything about this hotel is outstanding.
The staff are extremely polite, professional and helpful. Check in and out was quick and front desk staff are very pleasant. The hotel location is perfect from Haram and away from the busy areas around the clocktower. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Housekeeping staff were available all the time and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a huge amount of variety and all food was fresh.

Non-muslims are not permitted into Mecca and the government of Saudi Arabia issues special visas for people making the pilgrimage. Most people coming to the Mecca will enter via the Hajj Terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport and Jeddah is the gateway to the city.
The Hajj has a fairly set itinerary including a visit to the Sacred Mosque, al-Masjid al-Haram, built around the Kaaba.
Mecca contains many restaurants with varied cuisine and tea shops are available for light refreshments such as traditional tea and biscuits. There are also many juice stands for a little refreshment amid the heat.

Be careful of hotels inside clock towers as they are deceivingly close but due to the public and the size of the place it takes ages to go in snd out of your hotel. When performing the pilgrimage be aware of the Prayer times as all access to ground floor are closed off during this time.

Very good holy place.
Very good holy place. I have noticed that most of the people are very helpful and kind. But when we purchase any time in the shops we must be careful of the prices. It seems that the shop people give us an opportunity to bargain when we buy items in the shops.

Mecca Preserves Islamic history and traditions.
Mecca Preserves Islamic history and traditions. My experience was excellent. It was a spiritual rejuvenation. This place inspires self-reflection and lasting connections. Mostly, the city's tranquility and serenity calm the mind. I cannot wait to return.

My stay 8-9
I checked in afted 3 and went to my parents hotel near Haram (Anjum) came back at 1:30 am.
Not even a bottle of water available in the room
Quite shocking
When I called at night for water
The reception gave to some guy from Bangladesh and I told him I want water and a dental kit .
Without answering he disconnected the call and never showed up
It's so embarrassing if you can't provide at least tell us 😞
Hotel is good Rooms are very spacious but the staff behaviour at night 1:45 am was pathetic
Alhamdulillah, the hotel is near Haram, and there are a few small restaurants around the hotel with reasonable prices. Some shops are also available beside the hotel that sell jubah, abaya, caps, slippers, etc.
Hotel was clean and best location near haram free breakfast was sooo nice...Mr sameer he was soo nice man he help us alot he is very good helpful person...
